Todays Special Message:
A man that does not possess the ticket to watch a game will have great difficulty entering the arena. So also will anyone that does not fulfill Gods standard condition of perfection cannot enter into His kingdom.

SEEK GOD'S KINGDOM FIRST I

There is a kingdom already prepared by God which has a pattern and a mode of operation. However, Gods greatest desire is for everyone to be part of this kingdom. And in other for you to be part of it, you are to seek to know how it operates. Since it is God's kingdom, it only means God is the King. And you have to know the ways of God’s kingdom and how to relate with Him to please Him in all your ways.
●Except a man undergoes a spiritual rebirth and become transformed, by putting off his old ways of life; that is, the evil, corrupt, and lustful life, and put on a new life of righteousness and holiness through Jesus Christ, he cannot see the kingdom of God (Jn.3:3, Eph.4:22-24). Hence, a natural man cannot visualize the ways and things of the kingdom.
●One key quality for the kingdom of God is perfection, which means you must be committed to living a blameless life as follows: (Matt.5:39-48)
▪ Do not try to fight for yourself;
▪ Be longsuffering and endure hardship;
▪ Be willing to give; whenever you have and there is a need;
▪ Love your enemies;
▪ Bless those who curse you;
▪ Do good to those who hate you; and
▪ Pray for them that persecute you.
●Brethren, in God's kingdom, only God's will shall be done; therefore, the will of man must be totally uprooted from your heart. For this reason, God came into the world as man, in Jesus Christ, willing that all men be saved and come to the knowledge of the Truth (Jn.14:6, 1Tim.2:4). Do you believe in the Truth; Jesus Christ? What do you make your priority in life? God's kingdom or the kingdom of this world? Choose wisely.

RESPONSIBILITY
Work diligently to enter the kingdom of God. Be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect.

PRAYER POINT
LORD, grant that I will pursue to attain to the standard condition of perfection for me to enter the kingdom of God, in Jesus name. Amen.

Homes are places given to everyone for rest. If the two leaders therein can cooperate, they will experience heaven on earth.

PRAYER FOR OUR HOMES

1. Father, we thank You for all families in the world that You have kept from the attacks and afflictions of the enemy, in Jesus mighty name.
2. Father, thank You so much for sustaining my home in the midst of problems, hardship, and tribulations of all kinds that are troubling homes, in Jesus name.
3. Merciful Father, we plead for Your mercy over each and every Christian home that the devil has pe*****ted to afflict due to sin, mistake, or carelessness of one or more members of the family. Please, forgive them and cleanse them with Your blood, in Jesus name.
4. Oh Lord, whatever is the thing working against the peace of our homes, please uproot them today, in Jesus name.
5. Father, open up the heart of the husbands to love their own wives as Christ loved the Church that He gave Himself for her, that they may sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of the water by the word, in Jesus name.
6. Father, enable the wives to submit to their own husbands, as to the Lord and give them the needed wisdom to be the perfect help meet they are created to be, in Jesus name.
7. Lord Jesus, give all parents the divine wisdom to raise up God fearing children, and help them know that they will give account on each one of them, in Jesus name.
8. Lord Jesus, visit our children at home, in school, at work, and in their dreams to experience godly transformation, in Jesus name.
9. Father, restore our homes to Your perfect original plan, in Jesus name.
10. Ask for Gods intervention in your home as needed now.

ASSIGNMENT
Let the husbands create special time alone to always pray conscientiously for their wives, and the wives should learn to do the same.

What you heard directly from the Lord will be clearly stated and understood better than what you were told about Him. That is why your relationship with God should not be toiled with, because His voice settles a lot of fears and worries.

KNOW CHRIST FOR YOURSELF

Many people came to Jesus Christ or the place of worship through invitation or testimony of someone. So many is seeking the Lord because of what they believe they can get from Him. Meanwhile, there is no one that sincerely comes to Jesus without Him experiencing a great change in his life through a personal encounter. All these are because Jesus wants to relate with everyone on a personal note. Hence, He said to all in Matt.11:28-30 that;
"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.

Beloved Jesus is calling you as you are, but does not want you to remain as you are. That is why you need to have an encounter with Him for your life to experience a turnaround for good. And for you to have that encounter, that will help and sustain your walk with God to the end, you must go beyond other people's invitation or testimony. You need to seek to know Jesus for yourself, just as the Samaritans did in todays study.

The word of Jesus in Jn.15:7 is stated here as a guide to you.
"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you".
Take that bold step to know Jesus intimately today; through studying and meditating in the word of God and allow it to transform your life by being the doer of it, and your life will never be the same again.

ASSIGNMENT
Start developing yourself by drawing up a timetable on how you will be meeting with the Lord daily.

LORD, enable me to know Jesus for myself by abiding in Him and His word in me, in Jesus name. Amen!

Todays Special Message:
The flesh is always craving for pleasurable things. That is why it can never offer you anything good. Except you are able to put it under, you will become its slave. It is only through Christ Jesus that you can make your heart perfect before God.

NO LONGER SLAVE OF SIN

Sin came into existence from the day Adam chose to disobey God by eating from the tree which He commanded him not to eat (Gen.3:6). And the moment Adam disobeyed God, the wonderful, pure, and intelligent soul that God gave him became contaminated; hence, his thoughts became evil (Gen.2:7,19-20). Since that time, man has been struggling with sin, hence, a slave of sin. However, sin has nothing good to offer man than to damage his integrity and destroy his relationship with God.

Sin is what brings separation between man and God, which all began with the separation between Adam and God. But thanks be to God for redeeming back the soul of man through the crucifixion of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and for as many as believed in Him, He grants total restoration.
Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that ones slaves whom you obey, whether sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? (Rom.6:16)

However, for you to be totally free from this sinful and polluted soul, that is always waging war against God's will for your life, you must be crucified also. Beloved, for you to achieve this;
i. You must crucify your emotion that suggests the deeds of the flesh (Rom.12:1);
ii. You must crucify your mind that is the producer of all evil thoughts (Rom.12:2); and
iii. You must crucify your will that is the decision maker, to give way for God's will to take charge of your whole life (Jn.4:34).
I admonish you brethren, that you take up your cross daily and die on it, and be no longer slave of sin.

RESPONSIBILITY
If you have truly given your life to Christ, then you are dead already. Resist sin.

PRAYER POINT
LORD, grant that I will daily crucify my emotions, my mind, and my will for the will of God to reign supreme in my life, in Jesus name. Amen!

Today's Special Message:
Food can be good for the body when it is nutritious, but its effect can only be temporary. The spiritual meal gives you the inner strength that can keep you going even unto eternity.

PHYSICAL FOOD OR SPIRITUAL FOOD?

Food is given to the body for strength and to keep you alive. More so, food can only sustain the body just for a period of time, and both the food and the body shall be destroyed by God one day (1Cor.6:13). Then the question now arises, is it wise to live my life on food alone? If any man wants to survive in this world and live beyond, let him live his life depending on the word of God. Because the Word is life to those who find them and health to their flesh (Prov.4:20-22).

Before the word of God can have the needed meaning in the life of a man, he must learn to study and meditate on it regularly, and be the doer (Ps.19:14). Being the doer of the word of God is what makes the Word become living. This is because the word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword. It can pe*****te into the soul, spirit, joints, and marrows of man. Above all, it can detect or perceive the thoughts and intents of the heart (Heb.4:12). In other words, the Word is a spiritual bread which is greater than the physical bread, you cannot succeed without it.

Brethren, the more of Gods word inside of you, will determine the amount of life you will have deposited in you. The flesh is filled with different loads of sin and unless you are able to stay at alert and on top condition spiritually, you may suddenly find yourself under the claws of Satan. Therefore beloved, make the word of God your daily bread so that your spirit man can be readily prepared to combat all the works of the flesh. Do not live by physical bread alone. Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall” (1Cor.10:12). Make the Word your daily bread, for you to stand on the day of raging storm.

RESPONSIBILITY
Make the word of God your daily meal and dont joke with its potency.

PRAYER POINT
Lord Jesus, grant that I will not live my life on bread alone, but enable me to make the word of God my daily meal, in Jesus name. Amen!

Todays Special Message:
Anything that has entered into the heart, has become an idol. Whatever will not make your heart perfect before God has become an abominable thing to you. Repent immediately.

THINGS THAT CAUSE ABOMINATION

One of the greatest abysm of man is hidden inside pride. A man that cannot humble himself before God is bound to fall into abomination and this act will attract the wrath of God. Abomination is literally defined as a despicable habit or a disgusting vice or a shameful vile which brings about disgust and hatred.
Abomination is a detestable thing in the sight of God and whoever is found to be involved in it is an enemy of God (Eze.11:21).

Scripturally, abomination is generally an evil act but for enlightenment, we will mention but a few that are rampant in this last days such as homos*xuality, lesbianism (1Cor.6:9-10), having graven images, jewelry (Ex.32:3-4; Ez.7:19-21), offering bad sacrifices to God (Mal.1:8-10), use of opposite s*x clothe, giving God money made out of harlotry (Hos.4:12-19), use of false balance for unjust gain (Prov.28:8), pride (Jas.4:6), lying (Jn.8:44, Rev.21:8)), in**st (Lev.20:19-21) etc.

Abomination causes desolation and bring curses upon the abominable, even when they may be feeling all is well (Jer.44:22). And the worst of all is the danger of hell awaiting any unrepentant person in this regard. The book of Rev.21:27 says, But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lambs Book of life.
We are in the last days already brethren and the perilous times are here and the prophecies in 2Tim.3:1-7 are already been fulfilled. Please, repent from your evil ways, because the end is here. I pray it will not be too late for you, in Jesus name.

What do you cherish more than God? Your money, jewelry, job, or body? Repent, for they will all end here.

Today’s Special Message:
He that is not a good follower can never be a good leader because leadership starts from being a follower. He that does not follow Jesus sacrificially will find it difficult to be His disciple or make disciples of all nations.

FEED MY SHEEP

A sheep is an older lamb, and can be used to describe a timid, shy, and easily led person; that is, like Jesus and His disciples.
The command Jesus gave before ascending to heaven was, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them..., teaching them to observe all things I have commanded you" (Matt.28:19-20). He was saying here, "Feed my sheep".
Are you a disciple?
Are you still being disciple by someone?
Do you submit yourself to be a disciple?
If you are true to all these, then you have been called to make disciples for Christ. But if not, you need to be born again first and follow the process unto salvation.

What are the costs of discipleship?
▪ You must hate your father, mother, wife, children, brethren, sister and your own life. Does it not sound too harsh? It only means, all these people must not be a hindrance to your following Christ (V.26).
▪ You must bear your cross and follow Jesus Christ. This is simply telling you and me that we must be willing to die to self and for others. It is only then we can resurrect as a new being (V.27).
▪ You must forsake all that you have and follow Jesus (V.33). The meaning of this is to forsake all by seeing them as, not important, because nothing but your work will speak for you after death. Hence, the need to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.

Beloved, never feel or think that this is too hard to bear, but remember that a child that is handled with a kids glove will eventually get spoilt. Think more on the eternal benefit of these costs to you. Be wise.

Todays Special Message:
Until you are able to have the attribute of the Lord Jesus Christ, you are likely not going to stand out as a child of God. What separates one from another is the ability to be like a lamb.

THE LAMB

The lamb in the spiritual context can be used to describe a person who is meek, docile, unsophisticated and easily led. And according to our meditation for today, if any man is to receive power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessing, he must first learn to know and become a lamb.
Who is the Lamb?
In Jn.1:29, John the Baptist saw Jesus coming and he said concerning Him, "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world". Therefore, Jesus is the Lamb of God who came purposely to take away all our sins.

Who can be like the Lamb?
The way to identify a lamb is how heavenly conscious he is in this world. Moreover, such a person must have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, walked and stayed with Him, not that they had seen Him face to face, but they knew Him intimately through His word and will continue His work here on earth. Though they have been sent out to preach the gospel as lambs among the wolves, there is no looking back (Lk.10:3).

How can we be a lamb continually in a world like ours?
▪ We must feed on the food of the spirit which is the Word of God regularly. The truth is that, if we don't eat physical food for a whole day, not to talk of many days, we may likely be weak and hungry. The same goes for our spiritual life. If we don't feed on the Word daily, we will experience spiritual weakness and leanness. (1Pet.2:2)
▪ We must be transformed in the renewing of our mind everyday so as not to conform to the ways of this world. (Rom.12:2)
▪ And lastly, we need to live in total obedience to God’s words for us to maintain our status as a lamb here on earth and to be able to make heaven at last. (Heb.5:8)

How meek and humble are you? Can Jesus count on you as one of His?

LORD, grant that I will become a lamb like Jesus that is willing to fulfill Your purpose here on earth and make heaven at last, in Jesus name. Amen!

Todays Special Message:
The moment money occupies the first place in your heart, you will cease to be objective. Make money secondary and doing the right thing primary. Do not make money your God.

DESIRE FOR RICHES

There is nothing bad in a man becoming rich as he journeys through life. However, there is danger and serious temptation awaiting him in that state, and it may make him fall, if he is not grounded in the word of God. The word of God is the only source to knowing how to use riches, and he that is devoid of such knowledge will abuse or misuse it. Getting wisdom is the most important thing you can do! And whatever else you do, get understanding. For lack of understanding will lead to error (Prov.4:7).

When a man is always out to get riches, his desire will only bring about trapping temptation, foolish and hurtful lust that will lead to destruction. And for you to escape this great tempter called riches, you must do or know the following:
▪Do not love the world or the things in it (1Jn.2:15);
▪Riches has its use, but it cannot take the place of God. You cannot love God and money at the same time (Matt.6:24);
▪Do not put your trust in riches because if you do so, you will expose yourself to trapping temptations that will drag you into sin (1Tim.6:10); and
▪See riches as an instrument to be used by God and not as a god to be used by you.

Brethren, know that we brought nothing into this world and we will take nothing when we leave. We came naked, and we will return naked. Then why should we be trapped by riches that has no value when it comes to the matters of eternal home? Beloved, you will only be judged by your works not acquisitions (Rev.20:11-12). Therefore, be rich in the things and in works of God. For wisdom is a defense as money is a defense, but the excellence of knowledge is that wisdom gives life to those who have it” (Eccl.7:12). Seek wisdom.

WISE COUNSEL
Be grounded in the word of God to become wise in the use of money.

Lord, enable me to see riches as a tool to be used for You and Your kingdom, in Jesus name. Amen!

Todays Special Message:
The greatest need of God is to have all men saved. It does not matter how bad a man could have been, if he can repent, God is ready to show him mercy. Help Him intercede for the lost.

GOD IS MERCIFUL

We have greatly sinned in our short time on earth and have fallen into many grievous and terrible errors, so much that when the thought of confession arises, we will feel great shame enveloping us. But God is so merciful, that He can forgive any kind of sin, no matter how horrible it may look in your sight, if He can see in you godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2Cor.7:10). God is ready to take you as you are, but does not want you to remain as you are. He would love to see you been transformed by the renewing of your mind into a new being.

God is able to know your works, whether they are good or bad; genuine or fake; or with sincerity or pretense. I tell you, the fact that you are alive shows that God has spared your life for a purpose. So, take advantage of the life you have now and change your ways for the better because, It is of the LORDs mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassion fail not. (Lam.3:22)

According to todays meditation, the big city, Nineveh was saved because God wanted to show mercy, if not, He wouldn't have sent someone to preach to them, so as to prove them. All God is seeking, is a man who will intercede on behalf of the people.
Also, our being alive was as a result of a price paid by one, Jesus Christ, if not, the devil would have made a mess of our lives. Do you believe that S***m and Gomorrah could have been spared if Abraham had been able to push his interceding down to one man (Gen.18:32-33, Isa.59:15-16)?
Brethren, let us intercede for others and not give up trying because God is merciful and He's seeking men that will do this for Him. However, if you are not on the Way, come and repent, God's mercy to save through Jesus Christ is available for all who comes to Him (Rom.10:9-10).

Make yourself available by praying for the lost souls to be won back to God.

Lord Jesus, give unto me a willing and interceding heart for souls that are perishing, in Jesus name. Amen!

Todays Special Message:
The road to everlasting life is not smooth, but rough. That is why the Bible described it as narrow and difficult. The road is meant to remove all unnecessary baggage on you. You will need the help of the Holy Spirit to survive all the grindings and drillings.

TO ENTER GOD'S KINGDOM

Baptism of water and the Holy Spirit plays a key role in the life of a saved man that just began the journey to the kingdom of God. According to the word of Jesus to Nicodemus in Jn.3:3, when you get born again, you will only be able to see the kingdom of God. What this is saying is that you will see and be put on the Way, but for you to go along the way and enter through the gate that leads to the kingdom, you will need an extra power to survive the journey.

A born again child of God is just like a new born child that needs help; to feed, clean up, sleep well, sit up, crawl, stand up, walk and know how to do everything right. So, once your old ways of life and the sins committed has been wiped off by the blood of Jesus Christ when you get born again, your spirit man has been transformed from darkness into light and from under the control of the devil to the light of Jesus. Hence, you receive a new life (2Cor.5:17). But the body will still be yearning for worldly pleasure and the soul (mind) will still want to fantasize on ungodly thoughts, and if its allowed to linger, they may become new sins that would be written in the books opened in heaven (Rev.20:12).

Therefore, for a born again child of God to enter the kingdom of God, he must work out his salvation with fear and trembling. For God desires your obedience in totality, therefore, you must fulfill all righteousness by undergoing water baptism and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Matt.3:13-16). It is the Holy Spirit that will guide, tutor, remind, encourage and strengthen you all through the journey of faith (Jn.16:7,12-13). Brethren, ask and receive the infilling of the Holy Spirit today and you will become renewed in your journey day by day.

If you are yet to be baptized in water by immersion and have not received the Holy Spirit, seek for help now.

Todays Special Message:
The most fruitful thing anyone could do for himself in life is to preach the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to others. For he who win souls is wise and in the end will shine like the brightness of the firmament, and like stars forever and ever.

PREACH THE WORD

The overall responsibility of every believer in Christ Jesus is in the first and major command that Jesus gave while He was about to leave the earth for heaven, is for us to go and preach the gospel to make the cross of Christ effective. Mk.16:15-16 puts it this way;
“And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

Many a times, we bother ourselves about how it sounds or will sound in the ears of the hearers, whereas Jesus only told us to preach the gospel. He did not ask us to worry about what to say or how the people will respond to it. Our own assignment is to just open the mouth wide and preach, the Lord promised to fill (Ps. 81:10b). After preaching, leave the rest to the Holy Spirit. As a Christian, we are to seize every opportunity to preach the gospel and in a situation where preaching may be a bit awkward, use prayer to drive it in. Encourage your fellow brethren to preach because, if we have the majority in the world today to be Christians, the world would have been a better place to live in.

Beloved, we all know that the gospel of Christ is foolishness to an unbeliever, but I admonish you to know that Christianity is not a religion, but a way of life that must be first preached with our lives, for how can we preach who we do not know. And how will you be able to give what you do not have? Therefore, be holy as your Father in heaven is holy and the Lord will work things out for you as you take the step with boldness. However, who can preach, if not he that has Jesus Christ dwelling inside of him. So brother, create room for Jesus in your heart today.

ASSIGNMENT
Build up your character and make sure you talk about Jesus; the Saviour, to at least one person daily.

PRAYER POINT
Lord Jesus, empower me to preach the gospel and win souls that will abide, in Jesus name. Amen!
