RECONCILIATION HOUSE BIBLE STUDY
TOPIC: WALK BY FAITH
Text: 2Cor5:7
Introduction: In the mist of this crisis which is causing panic for many, God has made adequate provisions not just for our survival, but actually for us to thrive. But we can only access this treasures by faith. These provisions are not only outward supplies, but also inner fortifications to help us remain strong and steady in the face of the storms of the end time. We are to live by faith or be estranged from God (Heb10:38).
Understanding faith
Heb11:1 It is our initial reality in the spirit, which precede the ‘tangible’ experience. As a cheque before cash. Heb11:13 Persuasion that what God has spoken is true and will come to pass. It is the only means to receive from God and relate with Him. Heb11:6.
Faith is spiritual, not soulish 2Cor4:13.
Growing in faith
Originates and grows from the life received from the word of God. Rom10:17, Col1:5. It is the planted word (James 1:21) that grows to birth faith.
Depends on the depth of revelation about he who has promised Heb11:6, Heb11:11, 17-19
Exercise: Grows by acting on the word Luk17:5-6
Hindrances to faith and how to overcome them
Walking by sight (2cor4:18) living by sunlight rather than God’s light (Is60:19). This is when our reality is based on what we can see (peter looking at the waves, Joshua depending on report on Ai, etc)
Turn to God and his word 2pet1:19. Draw reality from the word, develop intimacy (Ps1:1-3)
Unbelief: difficulty in receiving the word of faith, because of a hard heart. Mark16:14
Ask for a broken heart, labour in prayers Heb4:6,11, Mark9:24
Doubt: the war from the soul level against faith. (emotions, thoughts, reasoning) James1:6-8
Bring every thought to obedience to the truth. 1cor10:4-5
Worries: makes the word of God unfruitful Matt13:22, matt6:24,31-33.
Discover El Roi Gen16:13, 1Pet5:7
Fears (a major tool of the devil develop to s***f out faith) Is 57:11. it clouds the knowledge of God and glorifies the Devil. Fear can become a spirit (demonic oppression) contends with faith in the spirit. 2Tim1:7
Seek God Ps34:4, deliver yourself 2Tim1:7
Fruits of faith
Pleasant fellowship with God Heb11:6
Means of inheriting God’s promise Heb6:12
Standing firm in our walk with God 2Cor1:24
Victory over the Devil Eph6:16, 1Pet5:8-9
Harvest of Grace Rom5:2
Fruitful ministry Rom12:3, 1thes1:3
Conclusion: we will live unfruitful oppressed and deprived lives if we cannot walk in faith, therefore lets lay aside all weights and all that can hinder our faith. What God has for us is beyond whatever can come against us. May the lord strengthen our faith in this season.

RULES FOR PROGRESSIVE LIVING

1 Nothing progress in life until these rules have been observed. brother Paul had A quest for excellence in life. Paul's quest for excellence began when he was an unbeliever.
God never ordained life to be static. If a person's life Is static, the devil is likely to be held responsible for it. the man God created must be progressively advancing, whatever is not progressing is retrogressing there is nothing that is really static, after all we need to pray that everything about you will progress and move forward and everything holding us will be broken .
Proverbs 4 Verse 18 God expects that scripture to be fulfilled in the life of a righteous man the longer they live the brighter they shine. declare that you will not diminish but you will continue to shine brighter and brighter. think about your life in the past one year 5 years 10 years are you are you progressing?, Newton Law of Motion states that every object remain static until a force is applied to move it for what they are different movement.

3 forward movement
Deuteronomy 1 verse 6 to 7 children of Israel are dwelt on that mountain For long anyone who wants to move must apply pressure of a Kind, until you apply pressure you cannot move stagnation. The Breaking of a new day must be something better to your life
Hindrances to moving forward
1. Anything past, past achievement, offences or current disappointment, failure everything that is past is past, offence have the power to keep us In the stop. any past that hold you down will make you pass anyone who adds to his past we can choose to grow our love our spouse much more.
We must choose to grow more, pray more, read books, read your Bible for example make it your go to read the Bible for a year if you read three chapters of the Bible every day you will have read 15 chapters in 15 days but said he presses towards the mark the matter of making progress in life is not what someone else can do for you you must be the one to do it yourself.
Progress Comes by choice and apply pressure to grow, to grow your income you must apply pressure .
What are the goals we have set for your life, home, profession, health
we must set goals to grow in intimacy with your spouse.
We must set good goals for our health by cultivating lifestyle goals.
You can set goals not to live and indulgent lifestyle don't worry about anything don't live a lifestyle that is beyond you a borrower is a servant to the lender
I don't take anything I have not paid for when you start pricing what you cannot afford that is the beginning of consciousness.
God says stop your indebtedness because God says he will have mercy on you but you must not go back to it, it's not that he will cane you, some of your children are doing bet9ja don't be quick to get rich live a contented life. start little and grow progressively.Have a wonderful week.
