Watch and listen very well. For any church that think training of the leader is not necessary is not ready for the teaching….For a complete theology and way of Jesus Christ training is much more ahead of anointing people.
Because these are the people that want to shepherd the church and teach the people of God. Their character, moral and sane need to be trained and thought very well before anointing them. May God Help His Church.
