Exhortation: The Church Belongs to Jesus:

Church belongs to Jesus Christ. It is not built on human wisdom, sustained by human strength, or owned by any individual or group. The Church is the possession of Christ, bought with His blood, founded on His truth, and guided by His Spirit.
Jesus Himself declared, “I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18). The Church is His idea, His body, and His bride. We are not the owners; we are stewards. We are not the foundation; Christ alone is the cornerstone.
Because the Church belongs to Jesus, He alone deserves our highest loyalty. Personal agendas, titles, traditions, and preferences must bow to His will. Where Christ reigns, pride must fall, division must cease, and love must abound. The Church flourishes not when personalities are exalted, but when Jesus is lifted high.
Since the Church belongs to Jesus, holiness matters. He calls His Church to reflect His character, walking in truth, humility, compassion, and obedience. We cannot live carelessly while claiming to belong to a holy Savior. The One who owns the Church also shapes it, cleanses it, and prepares it for glory.
Because the Church belongs to Jesus, we must trust Him in every season. In times of growth or struggle, peace or persecution, Christ remains the Head. He has not abandoned His Church, nor will He ever fail to sustain what He purchased at such a great cost.
Finally, if the Church belongs to Jesus, then our role is faithful surrender. Let us serve with joy, love one another deeply, and commit ourselves to His mission. May everything we do point back to Him, so that the world may see not our strength, but His glory.
May we always remember: The Church is not ours to control, but Christ’s to lead. Amen.

Do You Have Impact in the Life of Others?
Every person leaves a footprint on the hearts and paths of those around them. The real question is not whether we influence others, because we all do, but whether our influence builds, inspires, and uplifts. True impact isn’t measured by loud accomplishments or public applause; it is seen in the quiet ways we encourage growth, offer kindness, or speak truth when it is needed most.
To have impact is to be intentional. It means showing up with compassion, choosing patience in difficult moments, and being willing to invest in people even when the results are not immediate. Sometimes our greatest impact comes from a simple word of encouragement, a listening ear, or a consistent example of integrity.
Ask yourself:
Do people feel valued after spending time with me?
Do my actions make someone’s burden lighter?
Do I point others toward hope, purpose, and growth?
You don’t need a title, a stage, or special recognition to make a difference. You only need a heart willing to love, serve, and be present. When your life reflects Christlike character, grace, humility, generosity, you become a source of strength and transformation in the lives of others.
Impact is not about being impressive; it’s about being intentional. And when you live with that purpose, you will leave a legacy written not on paper, but on the hearts of people.
