THE CROSS (DAY 2)

It is beyond the physical. Jesus’ suffering is beyond the sight and the story of His stripes, the nails, the crown of thorns. _The Cross is where eternity collided with time, where justice and mercy embraced, and where it all began._ Enshrouded within it are far deeper revelations of God’s mercy and grace — a love too vast, too holy, and too profound to be captured in words.

But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. _Romans 5:8_

_The Cross is the ultimate display of the fullness of God’s love for humanity._ Yet it is far deeper than this. The very essence of what happened to Jesus at Golgotha will ever remain an unfathomable revelation, a sacred mystery that transcends language, logic, and human understanding.

And He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. _1 Peter 2:24_

_Jesus brought us greater glory and joy far beyond wounds and pain_ — He brought us redemption, victory, and unshakable hope. Through the brokenness of Calvary, we were made whole. Through His sacrifice, we were crowned with purpose.

THE CROSS: DAY 3

The true man that is on the inside of you is convenient in doing the will of God and submitting to authority, but your self is not. It is Christ in you that is the hope of glory. This is the treasure that is in an earthen vessel.

There is nothing good in this flesh. Trying to improve yourself does no good to your spirit. It is just a trial in yourself; it is not a working in the Spirit. And it can't be sustained with time.

Christ is the only good person. The more Christ works in you and you become like Him, that is when you are good. Niceness is an improved attributes of self; it is not a fruit of the Spirit. Humility is a fruit of the Spirit. That is how you can be humble by the Spirit.
