You don't grow economy by taxing poverty, you grow economy by investing in people, productivity and enterprise, tax works where citizens can earn, save, and trust government, without trust and opportunity, taxation become punishment. A government that failed to account for its revenue has no moral right to demand more from the poor. The duty of leadership is first to create value, tax is only a consequence of value creation"
