Why must I seek the Kingdom of God as a child of God?

As a child of God, seeking His Kingdom is not just a suggestion—it is a priority. When I seek God first, I align my life with His will, His purpose, and His righteousness. It means putting God above my desires, trusting Him in all things, and living in a way that reflects His love and truth.

Seeking the Kingdom of God brings peace, direction, and provision. It reminds me that my life is not just about earthly things, but about eternal purpose. When I focus on God, He takes care of the rest.

So daily, I choose to seek Him—through His Word, through prayer, and through a life that honors Him.

“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.

✨ Jeremiah 18 – The Potter and the Clay ✨

Jeremiah 18 reminds us of God’s absolute supremacy. Just as a potter shapes clay into whatever form he desires, so God shapes nations and individuals according to His will.

- God is Sovereign: He has the right to reshape our lives and destinies.
- Repentance Brings Mercy: If we turn from evil, He is willing to forgive and restore.
- Rebellion Brings Judgment: Refusing His call leads to brokenness and disaster.
- We Are the Clay: Our role is to yield, not resist, the hands of the Almighty.

This chapter is a powerful reminder that God’s supremacy is not only about His authority, but also about His mercy and justice. He longs to mold us into vessels of honor—if we will let Him.

👉 Let’s be willing clay in the hands of the Potter.

✨ "To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen." ✨

This verse reminds us that all wisdom, glory, and authority belong to God alone. In a world full of uncertainty, we can rest in the assurance that His majesty and power are eternal. Let’s live each day giving Him the honor He deserves, knowing that His dominion is unshakable and His love everlasting. 🙏

Colossians 3:13 (NIV) states: "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."

Based on the interpretation of this verse, here is how to handle the situation:

Bear with One Another: This means to "put up with," "make allowances for," or "endure" the shortcomings, quirks, and weaknesses of others.

Forgive Continuously: The verse connects to the broader biblical principle of unlimited forgiveness, as highlighted by Jesus' teaching to forgive "seventy-seven times" (or constantly).

The Model is Christ: You are commanded to forgive because, and in the same way, the Lord has forgiven you—unconditionally and completely.

Forgiveness vs. Enabling: While you must forgive, this does not mean you must allow yourself to be in an abusive or unsafe situation. You can forgive to release bitterness from your heart while still setting boundaries for safety or, if possible, working toward reconciliation.
