Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Ekiti Ilaqa Visitation to Chief Imam of Oye.

On Friday, April 11, 2025, Majlis Khuddam Ekiti Ilaqa, led by Ekiti State Qaid, Abd' Azeez Abd' Lateef, paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Imam of Oye Ekiti. The meeting took place at Oye Ekiti Central Mosque and was aimed at preparing for the upcoming Ekiti Ilaqa Mini Ijtema, scheduled to be held at Oye Mosque from April 11 to April 13, 2025.

The Chief Imam of Oye Ekiti warmly welcomed the MKA Ekiti Ilaqa delegation and expressed his delight at their visit, The Chief Imam stated that he has been familiar with Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat for a long time and is willing to support their activities, whether financially, spiritually, or physically, The Ahmadiyya President of Oye, Bro. Olanrewaju Uthman, was present during the visit.

The visit demonstrates the good relationship between the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat and the Oye Ekiti Muslim community, The Chief Imam's willingness to support Ahmadiyya activities highlights the potential for future collaborations and joint initiatives, The visit marks an important step in preparing for the upcoming Mini Ijtema, which aims to bring together members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat and the local community.
The visitation to the Chief Imam of Oye Ekiti by Majlis Khuddam Ekiti Ilaqa is a significant event that showcases the organization's commitment to building relationships and promoting interfaith harmony. The upcoming Mini Ijtema is expected to be a successful event, bringing together members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat and the local community.

EKITI KHUDDAM CAMPAIGN AGAINST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

The Ahmadiyya muslim youth organization; Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Ekiti state chapter carried out her annual stop the crime campaign with the 2024 edition tagged “Domestic Violence and Abuse”.

The campaign took place at the popular Ado Ekiti Bus terminal in the heart of the state capital. In his lecture on the topic the Ado Ekiti circuit missionary respected muallim Ayinla Mutiu highlighted the various causes of domestic violence and abuse, it effects and outcome and how it impacts on the society. He further pointed out ways to avoid such violence and how to make amends of such acts.

The Khuddam distributed flyers of the campaign to members of the public including road workers, passengers amongst others.

The event was led by the Ekiti state Qaid respected Brother Abdulazeez Abdul Lateef joined with eighteen members.
