You don't choose by emotions(how you feel), choose by revelation (what the Holy Spirit is saying)❤️

At our Singles & Married Relationship Special, we were reminded that relationships should be guided by principles, not just emotions.

Choose prayerfully, not playfully.
Be led by the Holy Spirit.

Look for someone who fears God, is quick to forgive and repent, listens to the Holy Spirit, and is meek and teachable.

Because feelings can change, but godly principles give you something solid to build on.

A beautiful reminder for every single and married person: don’t just ask, “How do I feel about this person?” Ask, “What does God say about this person and this relationship?” 🙏🏽

PURPOSE HAS A TIME.

Knowing what God has called you to do is not enough; you must also discern when He has ordained you to do it.

Jesus had a purpose, yet He spent years in preparation before stepping into public ministry.

His waiting was not wasted; it was preparation for the appointed time.
Not every good thing is a “now” thing.

Don’t rush your process.
Don’t despise your preparation season.
Learn to discern God’s timing.

Purpose before the time can be detrimental to purpose itself.
