I am very critical about buying value, a wealth creation and transfer system facilitated by wisdom.

May I ask you, what is the value of the vehicle, accessories, books, friends, relationship, knowledge and investments you are currently acquiring? Or are you emotionally acquiring liabilities?

It is the foolishness of this generation to acquire the latest iPhones and clothes seen with friends or found on Instagram, at the expense of assets that will tripple return on investments in the next 40years.

What separates wise people from foolish folks are the things they buy. What do you buy; value or liabilities?

*WHY GREAT LEADERS NEVER TRY TO FIX OTHERS*

A common management response when an employee is underperforming is for someone in leadership to be called upon to step in and fix it. This usually takes the form of a process involving endless meetings and complicated appraisals, a process that probably accomplishes little but leaves management feeling satisfied that they’ve done everything possible to fix the problem employee.

Great leaders, however, understand there are lots of reasons that trying to fix a person never works. Some of the most significant:

1. IT BREEDS RESENTMENT.

Leadership is supposed to be about serving others, not trying to repair them.

When you try to fix someone, you’re almost certainly going to be perceived as arrogant. It’s a sure way to breed resentment, which often metastasizes into bitterness and anger that may poison not only your relationship with that employee, but the entire team.

2. *IT'S NOT EMPOWERING.*

Hearing from your boss, manager or leader that need to be fixed is the opposite of empowering. The resulting emotions are most often a sense of distress that people don’t see you for who you are and what you are capable of.

It’s demotivating and leads to disengagement.
3. *IT RARELY WORKS.*

Numerous studies have shown that trying to fix people with advice rarely works. As cognitively advanced beings, most of our behaviors and beliefs are determined by habit(our everyday behavior) and that’s not something that can be changed easily in a conversation.

Does The Word Of God Have Capacity To Silence This Virus? Yes Sir.
Acts 4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.

And are there living mobile proofs of God's word that can silence the works of the devil? Yes Sir. Daniel 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

HOW CAN YOU REMAIN IMMUNE FROM THE PANDEMIC THAT HAVE VOWED TO BRING THE SYSTEM OF THIS WORLD TO A STANDSTILL?
Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

2 Chronicles 20:20b. Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.
1 Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

KEEP SAYING THE WORD AGAINST THE WORLD.
Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

ARE YOU LIKE CHRIST OR YOU ARE "OF" CHRIST? (PART 1.)

We have too many confused folks out there who shout about faith, but fidget when the opportunity to show the world what faith looks like.

Sir/Ma we live in a time when everyone born of God is already in the know that men will be cast down. So we are not surprised. Job 22:29 When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

Oga Sir, Scriptures didn't say "when men say there is a casting down" ... It says: "WHEN MEN ARE CAST DOWN" meaning men will indeed be defeated by the weapons of Satan, but those who are born of God, with His DNA in their blood will say there is lifting up.

Sorry to offend you, Sir/Ma, it doesn't matter how many Christians are caught up in the drama that the world is currently engulfed in, I know too well that everyone born of God is immune and therefore cannot partake of the calamity that befalls the world.
How do I know? Exodus 8:22 And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth.
Exodus 9:26 Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.

For what is in our DNA is greater than any virus multiplied by their father the devil. 1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

Evangelist Sir, you speak with too much confidence.. why?
Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Romans 4:24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;

I have heard people call the virus all kinds of names and have attributed it to all manner of logical and medical jargons.. but let me shock you; what the world is currently ravaged with, is sponsored by the spirit of infirmity. Doctors and scientist cannot see it sir, but thank God for Jesus who exposed this useless and worthless spirit behind this pandemic.
Luke 13:11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.

IS LOVING GOD YOUR PRIORITY or HIS goods?

Listen folks, there are dimensions in God that humanity is yet to access; not because God is unwilling to share or grant you access; but because you have not developed capacity for that dimension yet.

Jesus looked at the same disciples he had mentored hand in hand for forty two months; and said... " John 16:12-13 I have YET MANY THINGS to say unto you, but YE CANNOT BEAR THEM NOW.
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide(carefully, gently and patiently shew) you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come."

Oga your problem is not bi***es and lizards, your problem is that you're yet to understand that this you is tired of the you that you are now and is craving for a better you; but you have instead of expanding your capacity to receive more of God, focused on the things you want from God instead of craving for Koinonia with God.

Jesus spoke to Nicodemus, a man who came seeking Jesus for better insight but little did he know he lacks capacity; hear Jesus's response to him. "John 3:12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?"

The same God who spoke with Moses on the Mount at close range, spoke with a people without capacity and they couldn't stand God's voice even though he was willing to koinon with them. Sir/Ma, this thing is a matter of capacity.

Until you understand that your greatest need is not money or miracle, but capacity for more of God, you will keep running after the irrelevant at the expense of the most relevant.

There ariseth a generation whose hunger for God will know no bound, whose love for God will not be defined by red roses or church buildings or by what God will do for them; I am talking about a generation that will be so full of God, yet will desire more of God; and that generation is where I belong.

The real problem is not the devil, it's your lack of capacity. That bedbugs won't let you sleep in your house, doesn't mean the entire street is having bedbugs ministration; it's your mess. Fix it.

If you spent all that time you were busy shouting fire in Koinonia with the HolyGhost seeking more of God, you would have developed capacity enough to mess up the devil anywhere you found him misbehaving.

MIND-SIZE vs HEAD-SIZE (COGNITIVE INVESTMENT)

The volume of attention a man commands, is not dependent on his personal emoluments( that is: quality of wristwatch and designer shoes); but on his personal developmental agenda and mind investments(how much he has invested into himself over time to place him at distinction in the value creation cosmos.).

Let me state categorically that; Nobody listens to your hairstyle or the shape of your head; people only listen to the quality of the content in your head, communicated to them via your voice.

It is ignoramus and an aberration therefore, to continue to pray while investing in your hairstyle at the very expense of your content.

It is gross incompetence, stupidity and cognitive malevolence, to hold mobile devices in your hands worth hundreds of thousands only acquired to impress the onlookers.

If the content of those devices won't improve your pocket overtime, by reason of personal content modification, mental restructuring and capacity development; you had better sold them and buy books.

For those of you in school or serving currently; let me advice you for free, now that you have access to allowee, spend every single day learning something new, ZeeWorld and all the mexican series won't pay you for seeing their movies, in fact, they are making their money. Call it labour market or Favour market, the reality will dawn on your after your one year youth service.

I strongly advocate that you spend your time sourcing for self instructive lessons online, instead of posting your cleavages for likes; there are millions of valuable materials on YouTube that can improve your content.
