GOD, HELPER OF THE HELPLESS.
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm: 46:1).
Like our text this morning tells us, “God is a very present help in trouble”. He is great, yet He is our friend, shepherd and our strength. We can talk to Him as our companion. Therefore, we ought not to be afraid or worried because He is always there for us.
When you are weak, He is there to strengthen you, when you are falling, He is there to catch you midway and prevent you from falling; when you are down, He is there to lift you up. It is amazing that a lot of people still seek help, others rely on only themselves. I tell you, all of these will fail. The only help in times of trouble is God. Our text enjoins us to boldly say that God is our helper and hope. Trust in Him always and know Him as a very present help. Call upon Him today.

I PROPHESY TO YOU, YOU SHALL SING A NEW SONG AND YOUR GENERATION WILL KNOW THAT YOU SERVE THE GOD OF PROOFS IN JESUS NAME, AMEN

LITTLE THINGS THAT MATTERS

"Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour: So doth a little folly him that is in reputation for wisdom and honour" (Ecclesiastes 10:1).

Among the little things mentioned in our previous topic is a little folly. A little folly is nothing but a little sin that seems harmless but is the beginning of damning iniquity. Little sins make way for great ones. As was in the case of David who instead of going to war with his people, chose ease and recreation and fell into immorality. Adam will tell how the Babylonia garment dealt with him: Ask Esau to tell you how the little pottage took away his birth right. A little sleep, slothfulness that brings poverty: You are therefore, advised to fear sin no matter how little it is.
You should beware of:
1) Unnecessary ease, visitations etc.
2) Unadvised living on borrowing.
3) Abstain from all appearance of evil. `

I PROPHESY TO YOU: RECEIVE THE WISDOM OF GOD TO FLEE FROM THOSE LITTLE THINGS IN JESUS’ NAME. AMEN.

BE FAITHFUL.
“O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.” (Psalms 25:20)
One quality with a very high level of blessedness is the quality of faithfulness. I have discovered that at the end of our life journey, faithfulness will weigh higher than gifts, talents, charisma etc.
Someone said “the Master did not say well done thou good and brilliant servant but well done, thou good and faithful servant” – Morrison. A faithful untalented person is more likely to have a better outcome in life than an unfaithful talented person. A faithful untalented person can be imparted and upgraded by God but there is nothing God can do with an unfaithful person. Probably, the reason why many have not seen the kind of blessing they desire in life is because of unfaithfulness. What is faithfulness? Faithfulness is doggedness, consistency, tenacity, dependability, reliability, determination etc. Courage is a child of faithfulness.
When David fought with the lion and the bear, said Morrison, “he only remembered that he was a shepherd and that his duty was to guard the sheep.” In doing his duty courage was natural. Faithfulness is addiction and dedication to duty in the family, church, office etc.
I PROPHESY TO YOU THAT NOW THAT YOU’VE DECIDED TO BE FAITHFUL TO GOD, IT WILL TRIGGER THE RELEASE OF BLESSINGS IN YOUR LIFE IN JESUS’ NAME..

DEFINE YOUR GOAL

“And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side. (Mark 4:35)

Your goal refers to your objectives, aim, purpose, target and aspiration. The goal is the compass for destiny. Nothing gives direction and acceleration to life and destiny like a well articulated goal. There is nothing as frustrating as embarking on a journey whose destination is not defined.
Unfortunately, many in life today are moving in various directions without clearly defined goals. Jesus said, “Let us pass over to the other side” and despite the storm they reached the other side. The fact is no storm of life can stop a man whose destination is well defined. Goals give you enough motivation, momentum and drive to surmount every wind or storm of life.

Morrison said, “The man who has no goals does not need to fear failure!” in other words, he is already a failure. It is not possible for progress in life to be measured without goals. It is not possible to live a disciplined and excellent life without goals. Define your highest aspiration in various other areas of life and you will never end a failure.

I PROPHESY TO YOU THAT YOU WILL NOT DIE WITHOUT ACHIEVING ALL YOUR GOALS IN LIFE IN JESUS’ NAME, AMEN.

BEWARE, JUDAS IS EVERYWHERE.
“But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrays thou the Son of man with a kiss? (Luke 22:47 -53)
While they were eating the Lord’s Supper, Jesus all of the sudden made a shocking statement. But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table. And truly the son of man goes, as it was determined, but, woe unto that man by whom He is betrayed!
Judas was a disciple of Jesus; he saw both public and private life of Jesus. He knew everything about Jesus. Yet betrayed Him. Do you think he wanted to betray Jesus? He wanted to trick the high priest because he believed that Jesus would disappear if they come to arrest Him. But this boils down to one problem Judas had. Covetousness. If he was not, he wouldn’t have taken a chance on his master. If he was a true lover and a faithful follower of Jesus, he won’t agree to be a part of the deal.
When he realized his grievous mistake, he was very sorrowful, but the deed has been done. No one names his child Judas; the never enjoyed the money, he didn’t go to heaven for he died a betrayer and a murderer.
Today, there are Judases in the church; people deny their faith because of money, they sell themselves because of money, they keep Jesus aside but when they are through with their doings and it eventually results to problems, they run back-most times they end up like Judas.
How much a Christian are you? It’s also very alarming that Christians persecute their fellow Christians. Be careful; don’t be like Judas because you’ll end up in shame like him. The Bible says that whatever you sow, you’ll reap.
I prophesy to you that nothing shall separate you from the love of God in Jesus name, Amen.

PICK UP YOUR PIECES
“I returned and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill, but time and chance happeneth to them all (Ecclesiastes 9:11)”
According to the scripture above, the race or prize of life is not always to the swift, the strong or the connected, but to those who keep on running and refuse to give up. That is why no matter the circumstance surrounding your life; practically refuse to close the chapter on the book of your life. How long will you keep giving up on everything around you? Never you be afraid of picking up your piece to start all over gain because, if you must achieve something you’ve got to stick to something.
Don’t erase your name from the heavenly list of the partakers of God’s unfailing promise. You are in the number saved by grace and purchased by blood, God has not forgotten you, neither has He written the last chapter of your life. I want to assure you that the problem you are facing will not do that. Don’t give up! You will soon be celebrated.
I PROPHESY TO YOU, YOU SHALL BE CELEBRATED TODAY IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.

DUNAMIS

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth (Acts 1:8)

Jesus said you shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you. In the Greek rendering, the word translated ‘Power’ is “DUNAMIS”. So when Jesus said, “you shall receive Dunamis”, He meant “you shall receive INHERENT POWER that functions like a dynamo! That’s what you get when you receive the Holy Ghost. You receive the inherent dynamic ability to cause changes. That power is independent of any other power; it doesn’t need help from God, man or Angels.

After receiving the Holy Ghost and all through His three years of earthly ministry, the Lord Jesus never once had to pray and ask God for more power. He functioned in this inherent power. That power is not coming from above anymore; it resides in you today. You may have been told that you were born to be a sick person; it doesn’t make any difference now, because you can change anything as you activate that power within you.
I prophesy that you are full of God’s might for exploits, therefore manifest in Jesus’ name, Amen.
