IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL LEADERS, WORKERS, UNITS & FELLOWSHIPS

This is to officially remind every church leader, worker, departmental unit, and fellowship member that attendance at the WORKERS & LEADERSHIP SUMMIT 2026 is highly compulsory for everyone.

This summit is not an ordinary gathering but a strategic spiritual and leadership alignment meeting for the growth, structure, discipline, and future of the ministry. Effective church growth cannot happen without committed, trained, responsible, and available workers.

Every serious worker must understand that growth in ministry requires:
• Commitment
• Discipline
• Accountability
• Availability
• Loyalty to kingdom service

Therefore, all leaders are instructed to ensure that every member under their unit or fellowship is fully present and actively participating throughout the summit.

Please note that extreme negligence, careless absence, or nonchalant attitude toward this summit without genuine explanation may attract disciplinary actions, including:
• Suspension from departmental activities
• Temporary removal from sensitive responsibilities
• Review of leadership or worker status
• Possible disqualification from future leadership assignments

This is not to punish anyone harshly, but to build a culture of seriousness, order, accountability, and excellence in God’s house.

We are building a stronger church system, and everyone must be aligned with the vision.
