Believers, two things the devil likes to get you to do; to get you to declare things you're dealing with cause he knows life and death lie in the power of your tongue. He knows he has no authority over you so he uses yours against you.

If he can't get you to declare things against yourself, he tries to make you keep quiet - depression.

Dear child of God, keep declaring what the word of God says about your situation consistently.

"But Benny, lets be realistic" someone might say.

What is reality? Something that you see, feel, and touch.
Abraham didn't become what he became by being realistic.
David didn't become what he became by being realistic.

Your reality is what you see by the spirit, not your physical eyes.

Great things are spoken of you, dear believer.
Even without hope, believe in hope.

Salvation does not = salvation if it can be lost

Eternal life does not = eternal life if itā€™s temporary

A free gift does not = a free gift if it's a reward (by your own works)

Redeemed does not = redeemed if you can be ā€œunredeemedā€

Born again does not = born again if you can be ā€œunborn againā€

Saved does not = saved if you can become ā€œunsaved.ā€

ā€œNeither shall any man pluck them out of my handā€ does not = ā€œNeither shall any man pluck them out of my handā€ if you or someone else can pluck yourself out of your Fatherā€™s hand (give back your salvation),

ā€œNot of works, lest any man should boastā€ does not = ā€œnot of works, lest any man should boastā€ if oneā€™s own works are required for salvation and can boast in their own works.

ā€œNot by works of righteousness which we have doneā€ does not = ā€œNot by works of righteousness which we have doneā€ if salvation required our own works of righteousness.

ā€œSealed with the holy Spirit of God unto the day of redemptionā€ does not = ā€œSealed with the holy Spirit of God unto the day of redemptionā€ if you can become ā€œunsealed.ā€

ā€œBelieve on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be savedā€ does not = ā€œBelieve on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be savedā€ if there is any works/righteousness of your own that are required for salvation.

Salvation is by GODā€™s grace through faith alone in the Gospel (1 Cor 15:1-4 KJV) the Blood Atonement of Jesus Christ. Not in our own works or righteousness (Romans 4:2-6, Eph 2:8-9, Titus 3:5-7 KJV). It is the Gospel by which one is saved meaning OSAS aka eternal security aka once a child of GOD always a child of GOD aka sealed, aka redeemed, aka born again, aka eternal life, aka eternally saved.

Donā€™t mix salvation vs service/discipleship, what one must do to be saved (Acts 16:30-31 KJV) vs what an already saved believer should do now that they are saved.

John 3:15-16 KJV
That WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.

Most churches begin their fast and prayers tomorrow.

Might be best to get an accountability partner. Agree on a particular book or chapter of the Bible to read. Meditate on scriptures. Agree on a time to pray, yeah I know you pray together as a church; men ought always to pray abi? Pray again, even if it's 15 mins. You can go longer as you subdue the flesh.

When they said too much of everything is bad, Prayer left the WhatsApp group chat. There's no overdose.

Sometimes the lines that have fallen for you in pleasant places were as a result of the prayer you prayed 5 years ago.

When you read through the Old Testament, see the hideous things ascribed to God, especially the killings.

Read through the New Testament, it's entirely different. Everywhere is love, no judgment, no condemnation, peace, tolerance. Etc.

The same God that was said to be killing people unprovoked is now saying "love your enemies and pray for them". Did God change? No.

In the Bible, God spoke, prophets/Apostles spoke, even the devil spoke. Even donkey spoke.

I don't have all the answers, but one thing is sure, Jesus was the revelation of the true character and personality of God. After all, Jesus was God in the flesh.

God does not keep malice.
God does not keep a record of your sin.
He has no memory of it.

It is not sin stopping God from blessing you, it is sin consciousness that is stopping you from receiving from God. Big difference.

Remember the prodigal son? It wasn't because he collected his inheritance, fled and squandered it (sin) that made the Popsi to stop loving or receive him.

It was the sin consciousness of the false assumption that his father now hated him and would have nothing to do with him that made him stay away.

When he could no longer bear the suffering, he opted for a lesser suffering.

The best part of the parable was that, when the father saw a figure that looked like his son from a distance, he ran to him.

The abortion, the po*******hy, the cult!sm, the ma********on, the stealing, the homosexual!ty, any and everything you can think of, God paid the penalty for it so you can come boldly to Him.

There's no condemnation for you today, tomorrow or forever.
