In the corporate world, people who work white-collar jobs are given higher tasks, based on their ability to "chew" current tasks and responsibilities.

No one just wakes up to a situation of greater responsibilities which of course, attract higher/bigger rewards, without showing dedication to duty.

There are few exceptions however, where grace comes into play, making time and chance to collide.

Nonetheless, me thinks that God won't give you tasks you are not prepared for. It is often said that luck is when preparation meets opportunity, isn't it? 😊

In Government establishments, time frame on roles, responsibilities, positions, or tasks (whichever you find suitable) comes to play more often than not, for such elevation.

What am I trying to say here, you may ask...

People don't just get get employed and keep getting promoted without "performance" or ability/capability to deliver on assigned roles, tasks or duty. They basically "climb" a ladder, based on previous "behavior". That is how organisations maintain sanity in the work place. If not, you can imagine the chaos.

Now, what bothers me is how organisations seem to take to heart their longevity and well-being, more than we humans do, in our lives.

You only live once, remember? Why allow just about any form of "disorder"?

Maybe you need to pause, think, reflect and take your life and that of your future generations more seriously. It will help you in the long run.

Learn to allow people and things earn their spot in your life. You would be glad you did.

This video got me thinking...

Is it that God just allows us to have our way, so He can show His Almightiness?

He can actually superintend in everything we plan, and do, on a normal day, I mean..

But I guess sometimes he just lets us execute our plans, only for us to find ourselves in an "I told you so" situation.

But I guess that's why He is God.

It therefore behoves on us to leverage on His ever abiding presence, and ask the Holy Spirit to lead us in all things, instead of first trying it on our own.

Talk of travelling a great distance on the wrong route, only to turn around to ask for direction and now realise we had already a long way off our actual path.

Now, isn't it better to just ask God for direction right from the onset?

That's who he is. His best tools:: A bag full of tricks!

He can get you preoccupied with troubles, Trials, temptations, even power/social positions or responsibilities which he uses to keep you too busy to be mindful of his antics, and enough for you to be too tired at the end of each day, to even pray.

One way you can beat him ag his game is to just pray.

Never joke with an hour prayer, 30 minutes prayer, 15 minutes prayer, even 5 minutes prayer.

Just pray because when your spirit is at all-time high, you see through things, danger etc than you would, on a normal day.

That long drive to work could actually be a prayer time.

That time you spend clearing your bowels can also be used to read an enlightening book.

What's more? Cut your phone time into two for a start. You can use one half for meditation and studying God's word, too.

By all means, leave nothing to chance. That's how to secure destinies placed into your hands by God.

Brethren, dont let 'em. Snap out of such moods as quickly as they come. You cant afford to be ignorant of the devil's devices.

Never let bitterness, anger and their siblings settle, especially when they come in a steady flow.

The unspoken internal personal conversations that you constantly have with yourself is the reason you are the way are. The dead rat in the house will eventually pollute the whole place without knowing itself that it smells.

People who are always sad are most times always having the wrong conversations! If you're joyful inside, you'll be outside so please take that negative 'energy' away from that space. People don't hate you, it's just that what you're carrying inside you without knowing isn't as nice as you think.

A broken spirit the Word says is rotteness!
