THE LAMENTATIONS OF BLEEDING HEART!!

Oh, how the mighty have fallen into the ways of the world!
How the anointed lift their hands, not in worship, but in battle before the courts of men!
Is there no longer a balm in Gilead? Has Zion lost her judges,
that she now seeks justice from those who know not her God?

See, O heavens, and be appalled!
The daughters of Zion now stand before the seats of earthly kings,
calling upon strange laws to defend their names.
She who once lifted her voice to sing of grace and mercy
now calls for vengeance in the courts of them that know not the Lord.

Have you not read? Have you not heard?

"Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?
Do you not know that the saints shall judge the world?" (1 Corinthians 6:1-2)

But behold, they stand before the ungodly,
seeking recompense with the sword of Caesar.

Woe unto this generation!

For the children of the kingdom now war as though they belong to this world.
Did our Lord not say, “If anyone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also”? (Matthew 5:39)
But now, the cheek is not turned!! nay, the sword of the law is unsheathed!

Not long ago…

A shepherd, called to feed the flock, cast a lost sheep into the dungeons of men.
A brother stumbled, and instead of binding his wounds,
the rod of judgment was laid upon his back.
And now, another joins the march, seeking restitution,
not from the throne of grace, but from the throne of men.

Oh, tell me, you who sing the songs of Zion, you who lift your hands in worship, will the Lord be pleased?
Will the Master smile upon this when He returns?
Did He not say, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do”? (Luke 23:34)
Yet here, among His own, the cry is no longer “forgive” but “pay what you owe.”

What gospel is this?

Where is the gospel in this battle?
Behold, it is not for Christ, but for self.
It is not for the kingdom, but for pride.

And the people watch, and they learn.
The young ones observe and say,
"Is this the way of the Lord?
Shall we, too, demand justice with the law of men?"

Oh, earth, earth, earth! Hear the word of the Lord!

If we bite and devour one another, what shall become of us?
If judgment begins at the house of God, where shall the sinner stand?

REPENT, O children of Zion!

Return to the ways of your King!
Settle your matters before the throne of grace,
for what does it profit a man to win in the courts of men
and lose before the judgment seat of Christ?

Let the wise take heed, and let the church arise before it is too late!

THE POWER OF ADDICTIONS ARE BROKEN!!

Addiction is a difficult and often overwhelming struggle that can be very isolating. It can feel as though no one understands or supports you, and it can be hard to know where to turn for help.

There is one source of love and support that is always available to you. God loves you unconditionally and is always there for you, no matter what. He understands your struggles and is patient with you as you work through them. More importantly, He wants to help you overcome addiction and live a healthy, fulfilling life.

FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

1. "The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love." - Psalm 145:8

This verse reminds us that God is always gracious and compassionate towards us, even when we struggle with addiction. He is patient and kind, and He wants us to turn to Him for help, he's not in the business of writing down your wrong doing so he can read them to you on the judgment day.

2. "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28

Jesus invites us to come to Him when we are struggling. He offers rest from our burdens and promises to help us through our struggles. He was a human being like us, so he understands the nature of man, he conquered flesh and is willing to teach us how to go about living the victorious life of righteousness

3. "I can do all this through [Christ] who gives me strength." - Philippians 4:13

This reminds us that we don't have to overcome addiction on our own. God is with us, and He will give us the strength we need to overcome.

5. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation: The old has gone, the new is here!" - 2 Corinthians 5:17

When we turn to Christ, we become new creations. We are no longer defined by our struggles, but by our identity as children of God, God no longer see us as sinners. We can have hope for a new and better life, free from the chains of addiction.
You're not alone....

My dear friend/ brethren.

I understand that you may be struggling with sin recently, and I want to remind you of the amazing love and sacrifice that Jesus made on your behalf. It's easy to feel like our mistakes and failures have separated us from God, but the truth is that nothing can separate us from His love (Romans 8:38-39).

When Jesus died on the cross, He made a way for us to be reconciled with God and be free from the power of sin (Romans 6:6-7). He took the punishment we deserved and gave us the gift of eternal life (Ephesians 2:8-9).

But the amazing thing is that Jesus didn't just die for us and then leave us to figure things out on our own, he didn't just resurrected and became angry and is always angry and looking out for everything you do wrong and write them down so as to qualify you for punishment, rather He is constantly with us, ready and willing to help us overcome any struggles we may face. In fact, He tells us to come to Him when we are burdened and He will give us rest (Matthew 11:28-30).

So, when you feel weighed down by sin, remember that Jesus is right there with you, ready to lift you up and give you strength. All you have to do is ask for His help and trust that He will be faithful to provide (1 Corinthians 10:13).

I pray that you will find comfort and hope in these words, and that you will be encouraged to keep pressing on in your journey with Christ. Remember, there is nothing that can separate you from His love, don't ever forget that he loved you and died to save you from that sin you're struggling with even before you became conscious, or have knowledge of him, always remember that his grace is more than sufficient for any need you may have (2 Corinthians 12:9).

With love and understanding,

[Patrick Leo]
