*PRECIOUS LOVE*

How are you appreciating the Love of this great friend (Jesus). He is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. Prov 18:24 “A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother”. If only you can think deeper in this very situation you are presently, then you will know that it’s been by the love of Christ that you are not consumed. So, you own Him sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving. Sacrificing yourself as a living sacrifice is the only way to appreciate the sacrifice He made at calvary. Romans 12:1 Receive the grace to totally yield yourself to His WILL today in Jesus name. Amen.

The season of reflection.
Reflection on the love of God for your life. It’s a season of solemnity. Remember that the scripture says in Ecclesiastes 3:1-3 “To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
This time and season are for deep reflection of why I and you are alive?
Why are you alive?
Why am I alive?
Why are some already dead? Why?
Why some did enter this very year but not alive till today? Why?
Why has He (God) kept you till now and still gave you the hope and assurance of the future? Why?
Hmm!!! 2Corinthians 5:15 “And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.”
Even at death, we died to Him, much more when we live, we must live for Him.
Romans 14:7-9 “For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are Lord’s. For to this end Christ both died, and rose and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.”
So if He has given us life then we are obliged to live for Him. Christ must profit from our being alive.
It’s in this profit that we appreciate the life He gives to us.
The Lord is committed to keeping the lives that profit Him. We have preferences, so does God. We actually took after His nature.
No wonder He said in
1 Sam 13:14 But now thy kingdom shall not continue: the LORD hath sought him a man after his own heart, and the LORD hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the LORD commanded thee.

Acts 13:22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.

Yes, God is daily looking for that person, that man, woman, young or old, single or married that will carry the burden of sinners, that will live to pleasure God, the creator by his/her actions and way of life, that will deny him/herself the pleasure of this world to seek for the perishing world.
That fellow who is ever ready to work together with God at this season of life, to by all means according to the will and plans of God, to bring people and the Church back to God.

Hmm!!! Will you reflect on the need of this time and season? The intercessors, where are you? The Lord is looking out for you.
Proverbs 8:1-4 Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice? She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths. She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors. Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.

That the blood He sheds on the cross of Calvary will not be in vain over your life and this world at large: that’s the reason for this season. This is the reason for this celebration.
I sincerely pray that the reason for this season will not be taken with levity of hand by you in Jesus name. Amen. That you will arise by the grace of God to do that which is right in everything, in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
