We are not justified by what we do, rather, we are justified by faith through the mercy of God. The mercy of God is what keeps us going and it is renewed every morning.
๐ 1 Corinthians 15:1โ10: Jesus died for our sins, not because we deserved it, but because it was the mercy of God that brought our salvation.
๐ In John 3:14, just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, in the same way, the Son of God will be lifted up, and those who believe in Him will not perish. If you are outside Christ, you stand condemned already.
๐ Our acceptance before God is not based on what we have done or not done, but God accepted us as His own children on account of Jesus Christ.
๐ The law is not able to give the righteousness that God desires. Your obedience to the law has nothing to do with God accepting you, the only way we remain accepted is through Christ .
๐ 2 Corinthians 10:12 tells us that those who compare themselves with each other are not wise, that is the root of pride. If we want to know that we are righteous, we shouldn't compare ourselves with each other, but we should compare ourselves with the holiness and righteousness of God.
๐ God placed Christ in front of Him. Those who believe in Christ and what He has accomplished on the cross for our salvation are like people who are lining up behind Christ, so when God looks at Christ, He sees those lining up behind Christ in the image of Christ.
๐ Jesus has made us complete and perfect in the sight of God. As a result of Christ being the foundation of our faith, God sees us in the image of Jesus. We are justified through the mercy of God on account of Christ and nothing else. Let us continue to walk in Christ and remain in Him.
