The first problem God identified with man was not poverty.
It was not failure.
It was not lack of purpose.

It was aloneness.

“God said, It is not good that the man should be alone.” — Genesis 2:18

Think about that.

Before government.
Before corporations.
Before schools.
Before media.
Before nations.

There was family.

God’s first institution was designed to solve humanity’s need for relationship, formation, reproduction, and culture.

That means when family is weakened, culture is not unaffected.

Whoever shapes the family eventually shapes the culture.

Power is not merely about position.
Influence is not merely about popularity.
Culture is not merely about what society practices.

Behind every institution is a worldview. Behind every worldview is a value system. And behind every value system are people shaping what the next generation will believe, become, and normalize.

This month, we are going beneath the surface to examine how power is formed, how influence is exercised, and how culture is created,and what God intended the family to have to do with all three.

Because if we surrender the culture, we cannot complain about the future.

Only God can give the increase, but you must plant the seed.
Only God can open doors, but you must walk through them.
Only God can give the vision, but you must take responsibility for the assignment.

Stop asking God to do what He has empowered you to do.

Faith does not eliminate responsibility; it activates it.
