In continuation of our series on The Parable of the Sower and the Soil, we have come to the final soil, the good soil. Among the four soils, this is the only one that bears fruit and brings glory to the name of Christ. The other three failed before reaching the stage of fruitfulness. We pray that this will never be our portion in Jesus’ name.
We have been examining the fruit of peace because we live in a troubled world, which the Psalmist described as the shadow of death. In such a world, we all need the peace of Christ to sustain us.
This Sunday’s message was titled, *Confidence in the Resurrection of Jesus Christ for a Fruit-Bearing Heart of Peace.* A heart that is centred on Christ and His finished works on the cross is able to produce true peace despite the storms of life.
