SUNDAY SERVICE 24th May,2026.
Topic: DON’T NEGLECT THE ASSEMBLY OF THE SAINTS.

In a generation where fellowship is gradually losing value, God is reminding believers that we were never designed to walk alone.

COVID-19 may be gone, but many people still carry the habit of isolation. Yet Scripture makes it clear that spiritual strength, growth, encouragement, and unity are found in fellowship with other believers.

Christianity is not just personal devotion it is fellowship, accountability, worship, encouragement, and unity.
Isolation weakens believers spiritually.
God designed the Church as one body where every member matters.
The early church gathered continually for prayer, teaching, worship, and strengthening one another.
There is power, protection, and growth in staying connected to the assembly of believers.

Hebrews 10:24-25
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together…”

Ecclesiastes 4:12
“A threefold cord is not quickly broken.”

Proverbs 27:17
“Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.”

Matthew 18:19-20
“Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

Acts 2:42
“And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship…”

Psalm 133:1
“How good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell together in unity!”

Jesus instructed His disciples to stay together in Jerusalem until they received power from on high (Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4). Even Thomas missed a crucial encounter because he was absent from the gathering.

The enemy attacks isolated believers, but there is strength in unity. Lions may overpower a wandering animal, but they struggle against those that stay together.

Stay connected.
Stay planted.
Stay in fellowship.

The assembly of the saints is not a tradition to neglect ,it is God’s design for our growth, preservation, and victory.

TOPIC: WHERE THERE IS NO VISION, THE PEOPLE PERISH

“Where there is no vision, the people perish...” — Proverbs 29:18

Vision gives direction.
A man with vision may not have everything yet, but he knows where he is going.

Vision is divine revelation.
It is the language through which God reveals His plans by the Holy Spirit.

Nothing meaningful can be accomplished without vision.
Without purpose, goals, and direction, a man becomes confused and lost.

Vision produces responsibility and diligence.
Proverbs 22:29 — “Do you know a hard-working man? He shall stand before kings.”

Men of vision understand the times.
1 Chronicles 12:32 — “The children of Issachar had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do.”

Vision gives birth to divine assignment.
Habakkuk 2:1-3 — “Write the vision, and make it plain...”

Leadership is not for the blind.
A blind leader lacks spiritual insight, foresight, and discernment.

Matthew 15:14
“If the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.”

Ephesians 1:17-18
“The eyes of your understanding being enlightened...”

When blind leaders lead:
• Nations become blind
• Families become confused
• Churches lose direction
• The future becomes uncertain

God does not choose leaders by appearance alone.
1 Samuel 16:7
“Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

A hardworking leader without vision cannot move people to the next level.

Hosea 4:6
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”

True leaders know why they are called.
John 10:27
“My sheep hear my voice... and they follow me.”

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.
Psalm 37:23

Those led by the Spirit are the sons of God.
Romans 8:14

When God calls a man of vision, he shares that vision with the people like Moses and Jesus.

SUNDAY SERVICE 10th MAY,2026.
TOPIC: GOD’S WEAPON IS DANGEROUS — WHO CAN CHALLENGE HIM?

Power belongs to God alone.
No man should exalt himself above the authority God has given him.
God rules over kingdoms and gives power to whomever He chooses. (Daniel 4:17)
Pride made Nebuchadnezzar boast in his own power, but God humbled him until he acknowledged that Heaven rules.
Daniel 4:28-37
“No one can stop Him or challenge Him.” (Dan. 4:35)

Belshazzar mocked God by drinking from the sacred vessels of the temple. A mysterious hand wrote judgment against him:
MENE, MENE, TEKEL, PARSIN (Daniel 5:25-30)
Numbered,Weighed,Divided.
That same night, his kingdom ended.

Job 9:10-12
“He does incredible miracles, too many to count… When He sends death to sn**ch a man away, who can stop Him?”

Isaiah 45:9
“Woe to the man who fights with his Creator.”

God resists the proud but honors those who humble themselves before Him.
No throne, power, or kingdom can stand against the Almighty.
The safest place for any man is under the authority and mercy of God.

SUNDAY SERVICE
TOPIC:Why do the heathen rage?

Psalm 2
The world may rise in anger, opposition may gather, and voices may scheme but heaven is not shaken.
The One who sits in the heavens laughs, because no plan can overthrow His purpose.

As it was spoken again in Acts 4, even when rulers gathered against God’s own, it only fulfilled what His hand had already determined.

This is the confidence of those who belong to Him:
God does not panic over your enemies. He rules over them.

When men rise, God responds.
When they plot, He prevails.
When they fight, He defends.

If you are His, you are not at the mercy of their rage you are under the covering of His sovereignty.

Rest in this; the battle is seen on earth, but it is settled in heaven.

TOPIC: THE CALL OF GOD IS ROOTED IN COVENANT (Part 2)

The call of God is not casual it is covenantal. It carries weight, responsibility, and permanence. Yet, while it is designed to endure, it can be withdrawn when the covenant is consistently broken through disobedience.

Romans 11:29 (KJV)
“For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.”
God’s calling is irrevocable,He does not change His mind or take back what He has given. However, the manifestation of that calling depends on our alignment with His covenant.

Numbers 23:19-20 (NIV)
God does not lie or change His mind. When He speaks, He acts. When He promises, He fulfills.
Yet, Scripture shows that rejection often comes as a response to persistent disobedience:

King Saul rejected because he chose partial obedience over complete obedience.
1 Samuel 15:22
“Obedience is better than sacrifice…”
The Sons of Eli rejected due to greed, immorality, and disrespect for God’s offering.
1 Samuel 2:12-25

The Sons of Samuel rejected because they perverted justice and chased dishonest gain.
📖 1 Samuel 8:1-5

Today, many treat the call of God lightly, as though it is temporary rather than a lifelong assignment.

📖 Matthew 24:12 (KJV)
“…because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.”
Many begin well but do not finish well.

Demas; once a co-laborer with Paul, later abandoned the work because of love for the world.
📖 Philemon 23-24; 2 Timothy 4:10

Yet, one truth remains:
God’s ultimate purpose cannot be frustrated.

Exodus 32:9-14
Even in judgment, God remembered His covenant.

However, the journey of the called is not without pressure:

Numbers 11:11-17
Moses experienced deep frustration and burnout but God provided help by raising others to share the burden.

The call of God is rooted in covenant.
It is permanent, but disobedience can disqualify a man.
Obedience sustains the call.
Many start strong but lose focus through the flesh.
God’s purpose stands, but individuals can fall away.
Burnout is real seek divine help and support.

Guard your calling. Stay obedient. Remain faithful. Finish well.

SUNDAY SERVICE 19TH APRIL, 2026
TOPIC: THE CALL OF GOD

We are reminded again that God has a need, yet many even among those called do not pay heed to His voice. Scripture reveals the state of men: “Help, Lord, for the godly are no more; the faithful have vanished…” (Psalm 12:1-2 NIV). Likewise, “Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?” (Proverbs 20:6 KJV). The truth remains that many seek their own interests and not the things of Christ (Philippians 2:20-21 KJV).

Jesus made it clear that the harvest is plenteous but the labourers are few, urging us to pray for more labourers (Matthew 9:37-38 KJV). Many believers remain at a shallow level of service, like Isaiah before his encounter. Without spiritual hunger, a man may never press into deeper revelation and purpose.

Isaiah’s call shows the pattern: conviction, cleansing, and commission (Isaiah 6:5-8 KJV). God still seeks men to stand in the gap, yet often finds none (Ezekiel 22:30 KJV). It is not enough to feel burdened; we must step into active service.

Gideon’s story reminds us that God calls ordinary men and sends them with the strength they have (Judges 6:11-14 KJV). Likewise, God called Samuel (1 Samuel 3:1-6) and Moses, showing that whenever God wants to deliver His people, He uses a man (Exodus 3:2-10 NLT). Abraham was called to establish a generational impact (Genesis 12:1-3).

Not all are called at the same level. Some are called into leadership, others into service roles, yet all are vital. When leadership neglects its calling, even supportive ministries suffer (Acts 6:2-4 NIV). The call of God becomes our compass, guiding our obedience (Acts 26:19 KJV).

Answering the call is not easy. Peter and others left everything to follow Jesus (Matthew 4:18-22 KJV), and even when Peter faltered, Jesus restored him (John 21:3). The journey requires mentorship and encouragement, as seen in Paul’s guidance to Timothy to stir up the gift of God (2 Timothy 1:1-6 KJV).

Jesus Himself walked in purpose: “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8b). We are reminded not to fear the call, for God equips those He calls. Jeremiah’s encounter shows that God prepares and empowers His chosen (Jeremiah 1:4-10 KJV).

Ultimately, the call of God is a call of faith and sacrifice. Jesus teaches that following Him requires self-denial and daily commitment (Luke 9:23-24 KJV).

The question remains: will you answer the call?

TOPIC: THE IMPORTANCE OF RESURRECTION

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the foundation of our faith the ultimate proof of His power, authority, and victory over death.
Victory Over Death

John 14:19 (NLT) “Since I live, you also will live.”

The Assurance of Eternal Life
John 11:25–26 (NIV) “I am the resurrection and the life…”
1 Thessalonians 4:16–18 (NLT) The dead in Christ shall rise.

The resurrection answers the question: “If a Christian dies, will they live again?” YES!
The Foundation of the Gospel
1 Corinthians 15:12–20 (TLB)

If Christ did not rise, our faith is empty but He did rise, giving us living hope!
1 Corinthians 15:29–37 (TLB)

Like a seed, death is not the end it is a transition to new life.
Proof of His Resurrection

John 20:1–2, 11–18 (NLT) Mary Magdalene saw the risen Christ

Message Topic: The Covenant Of (Igbandu): An Exchange Of Life.
Anchor Texts: John 6:52-58(NLT), Matt 26:23(KJV), Ps 55:12-14 (NLT), 1 John 5:11-13(NKJV), John 11:25-26(KJV)
Message:
There is no better time than now to reflect on the significance of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
A covenant represents an exchange of life.
This is the highest form of covenant between God and humanity, where Jesus calls us to partake of His flesh and drink His blood. John 6:52-58(NLT)
Some of His followers found this teaching difficult to accept and chose to stop following Him.
This represents a covenant in which they remain in Him, and He remains in them.
In ancient times, this act symbolized mutual trust and deep commitment between parties “you eat my flesh, I eat your flesh; you drink my blood, I drink your blood.” In the Igbo language, this is called Igbandu.
There is power in remembering Christ’s sacrifice. It is easy to forget the good we have received or to assume we became who we are on our own.
1 Cor 11:24-26(NIV)
The act of covenant has always involved eating from the same dish and drinking from the same cup. Matt 26:23(KJV)
Because there was no covenant; those good relationships are broken.
It is useless to celebrate Easter without the revelation of the purpose of Christ.
