The Name of the Lord

Joel 2:32 reminds us that salvation is available to everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord. God is not far from those who sincerely seek Him. No matter your past, your weakness, or your situation, there is hope in calling upon Jesus.

Made Righteous in Christ:
Jesus took our place so that we could receive His righteousness. He who knew no sin became sin for us, not because He deserved it, but because of His love for us.

In Christ, we are no longer defined by our past or our failures. We stand before God accepted, forgiven, and made righteous through Christ.

He took our sin; we received His righteousness. Hallelujah!

Jesus Christ is not merely one of many ways to God; He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Through Him, we have access to the Father, forgiveness of sins, and eternal life.

“No one comes to the Father except through Me.” — John 14:6

Salvation

Salvation is God’s gracious gift through which a person is delivered from sin and restored to a right relationship with Him. It is made possible through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Bible says, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God” (Ephesians 2:8).

Salvation begins with repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. When we believe in Him and confess Him as Lord, we receive forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9–10; John 3:16).

Salvation is not merely an escape from hell; it is a new life in Christ. The saved person becomes a new creation, called to live according to God’s will and reflect the character of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Jesus is the way of salvation, and through Him we receive forgiveness, reconciliation with God, and eternal life.

The Coming of the Lord and the Call to a Revived Life

The coming of the Lord is certain and near. Scripture reminds us that Jesus will return unexpectedly, not only as Savior but as righteous Judge. Therefore, believers are called to live in readiness, holiness, and faithfulness (Matthew 24:44).
A revived life requires sincere repentance, a transformed heart, and daily obedience to God’s Word. It calls for separation from sin, love for righteousness, devotion to prayer, and active service in God’s kingdom. Revival is sustained by the Holy Spirit, evidenced through love, humility, perseverance, and holy living (Romans 12:1–2).
As we await the Lord’s return, we must remain watchful, steadfast in faith, and committed to a life that reflects Christ. Blessed are those whom the Lord finds faithful when He comes (Luke 12:43).
