IMFFC 2026 - OCCUPY TILL I COME
A Call to Ministers to Take Charge of Their God-Given Mandate
The conference, hosted by Dr. Paul Enenche and Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche, gathered ministers around a strong apostolic burden: the Church and her ministers must not retreat, hide, become domesticated by their environment, or abandon their divine territories.
The major teaching emphasis reported from the opening sessions was taken from Luke 19:13:
“Occupy till I come.”
1. THE CENTRAL MESSAGE: GOD IS CALLING HIS MINISTERS TO OCCUPY
The conference presented ministry as more than merely maintaining church activities.
The call is to:
Take charge
Advance the Kingdom
Influence territories
Confront darkness
Possess divine assignments
Become God's representatives in the earth
Dr. Paul Enenche reportedly emphasized that God owns the earth and desires that His glory fill it. Ministers are therefore raised to represent God's rule and take responsibility for their territories.
The question confronting every minister was essentially:
“What territory has God given you, and are you taking charge of it?”
2. MINISTERS MUST NOT BE SUBDUED BY THE LAND
One particularly powerful dimension of the teaching identified ministers who have been:
“Subdued by the land.”
These are people with genuine callings who have allowed:
Their environment
Poverty
Opposition
Cultural limitations
Political conditions
Fear
Difficult circumstances
to reduce the expression of their calling.
The warning is profound:
A great calling can exist without visible colour, impact or expression when a minister becomes subdued by his environment.
The conference was therefore a call to ministers:
Do not allow where you are to determine what God can do through you.
Your territory may be difficult, but your calling was designed to confront difficulty.
3. COME OUT OF THE CAVE!
Another major prophetic challenge was directed at ministers who have been:
Threatened into caves.
Like Elijah and others in Scripture, some ministers have:
Withdrawn from their assignment.
Become afraid of opposition.
Reduced their vision.
Stopped speaking boldly.
Hidden their gifts.
Settled for survival.
The challenge was unmistakable:
You were not anointed to run from what God called you to confront.
A prophetic question emerges:
What is the use of a prophetic mantle that does not prophesy?
What is the use of a worship mantle that does not worship?
This is a call for ministers to come out of hiding and return to active obedience.
4. STOP DOING “BUSINESS AS USUAL”
One of the strongest implications of the conference is that this is not a season for routine Christianity or routine ministry.
The Church cannot afford merely to:
Hold services.
Conduct meetings.
Maintain traditions.
Preserve institutions.
while territories remain untouched.
Ministry must produce Kingdom occupation.
The question is no longer merely:
“Are we busy?”
But:
“What territory are we possessing for Christ?”
5. THE CHURCH MUST RETURN TO TERRITORIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The IMFFC 2026 message appears to continue the burden for territorial influence and Kingdom impact.
God places His people in:
Cities
Communities
Professions
Governments
Education
Business
Media
Families
Nations
not merely to survive there, but to represent His Kingdom there.
This connects strongly with:
Matthew 5:14–16
“Ye are the light of the world...”
Light is not meant to be hidden.
Therefore:
Calling must become responsibility.
Anointing must become action.
Revelation must become occupation.
Prayer must produce territorial impact.
6. THE CONFERENCE WAS A CALL TO COURAGE
A recurring spiritual principle was the refusal to be intimidated by opposition.
The mindset of:
“If I perish, I perish...”
represents the willingness to obey God despite personal risk.
The underlying message is:
Those who are consumed by their divine assignment cannot be controlled by fear.
The Kingdom advances through men and women who decide:
“I would rather obey God than preserve my comfort.”
7. THE BIG LESSON FOR MINISTERS: YOUR CALLING HAS A TERRITORY
Every calling has an area it is meant to affect.
For some:
A city is their territory.
A generation is their territory.
Young people are their territory.
Families are their territory.
The marketplace is their territory.
The poor and forgotten are their territory.
Nations are their territory.
The question is:
WHAT HAS GOD CALLED YOU TO OCCY?
A minister can be genuinely anointed yet fail to occupy because of:
Fear
Distraction
Compromise
Small thinking
Lack of discipline
Comfort
Discouragement
The conference's prophetic challenge was therefore:
RETURN TO YOUR MANDATE!
