Negative mindset breeds thoughts that can mutilate self, others, or the world in general characterized by negative perceptions, expectations, and attributions associated with unpleasant emotions and adverse behavioral, physiological, and health outcomes.
Negative mindset has a negative impact on our mood and outlook on life. Thinking negative thoughts can make one feel sad, afraid, angry, hopeless, and negative in general. These emotions taint the way we view the world. When everyone has ill intent, at best we will be insecure, misguided and untrusting.
