IT HAS BEEN A REFRESHING WEEK SO FAR. YESTERDAY, JESUS REAFFIRM TO US THAT, WE WERE NOT SAVED BY PERISHABLE THINGS LIKE SILVER OR GOLD. MEANING THESE THINGS ARE NOT AS VALUABLE AS OUR SOULS. BUT HE SAVED US WITH THE PRECIOUS AND SPOTLESS BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST.
ONE STRIKING POINT HE CAME TO US WAS WHERE HE POINTED TO WHAT HE SAVED US FROM....
1 Peter 1:18 (NLT) Called it, " *From the empty life you inherited from your ancestors*.
A valueless life, purposeless life, meaningless life, unprofitable life, a demonic family pattern, a dangerous generational inheritance from our ancestors. A life we never bargained for but found ourselves in it. For me, it was a relief of breath. Now I know, I have been set FREE from any evil pattern that has followed me for years, because *I am now a new creation in Christ*.
