GRACE IS DIVINE ENABLEMENT.

In Christ, we live, move, and have our being.
Welcome to today’s edition of Christ’s Epistle.

Zech 4:7
NKJV
'Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of "Grace, grace to it!"'"

TLB
Therefore, no mountain, however high, can stand before Zerubbabel! For it will flatten out before him! And Zerubbabel will finish building this Temple with mighty shouts of thanksgiving for God's mercy, declaring that all was done by grace alone."

Easy-to-Read Version
That tall mountain will be like a flat place for Zerubbabel. He will build the Temple, and when the most important stone is put in place, the people will shout, 'Beautiful! Beautiful!'"

GOD'S WORD
What a high mountain you are! In front of Zerubbabel you will become a plain. He will bring out the topmost stone with shouts of 'Blessings, blessings on it!'"

Zerubbabel was building the temple but faced difficulties, and the word of the Lord assured him that at the end, he would testify that the grace of God had helped him.

Zech 4:6-7; "This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' Says the Lord of hosts. 'Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of "Grace, grace to it!"'" NKJV

Grace here is divine enablement.
God helping us overcome all the obstacles against us fulfilling our Divine mandate.

The Grace of God upon our lives in the person of the Holy Spirit united with our spirit powers our mind with all the necessary facilities, capacities and capabilities so that by them we are able to face difficult mountains and overcome them.

The Grace of God upon our lives compels men and the entire earth to help us overcome every difficult mountain so that we easily fulfil the mandate of God upon our lives.

The Grace of God works within us to produce the pleasure of God in us and in this world so that the testimony that fills the air isn’t just good, beautiful, pleasant, blessings from natural human endeavor but The wonderful works of Grace! The wonderful works of Grace!!

Let us pray: Father, thank you for your Word, I receive and express grace in Jesus Name, Amen.

JESUS CHRIST, OUR SABBATH TODAY

In Christ, we live, move, and have our being.

Welcome to today’s edition of Christ’s Epistle.

John 5:5, 8-9; Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was the Sabbath. NKJV

The Sabbath law in the Old Testament was only a reflection or shadow of the real Sabbath in Jesus Christ.

Jesus came as our Sabbath to give us the right to inherit our Sabbath, which had been prepared for us; Jesus Christ healed the man on Sabbath day and told him to carry his things and go home.

Jesus gave the man his inheritance of true Sabbath on Sabbath day.

This Sabbath didn’t wait for the law; the coming of the Angel to stir the water to heal the first person and only the first person that will jump into the water.

This Sabbath did all the labour of jumping into the water, taking the healing, being acknowledged, and judged to have done it right then. He offers the healing to anyone who would believe in him.

You don’t need to wait for the Angel again.

You don’t need to struggle to jump into the water again.

You don’t need to calculate how to be the first to jump into the water again.

You don’t need any man’s help to get into the water again.

You only need to believe in Jesus Christ, and you shall inherit all round rest for your spirit, soul, and body.

Jesus is not asking anyone to return to the pool. He says, “come unto me all who are heavy laden and he will give them rest.”

We are not to go back to the pool but boldly to the throne of Grace, where we receive mercy and find the necessary Grace to meet our needs.

In Christ Jesus, we are not only sure of bodily healing. We are assured of spirit, soul, and body healing.
