FOCUS ON WHAT GOD HAS PERFECTED

“Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” Jeremiah 1:4-5 (KJV)

When you understand what had been done on your behalf, there is no way you are going to end a failure.
According to the scriptures, everything about Jeremiah had been perfected before he was born. So, Jeremiah, you may be a small boy, people may have written you off, and things around you may not be saying so, but listen you are a Prophet to the nations. And the same applies to you. God is not a respecter of persons.
The problem with a lot of people who say they are believers is that they are looking at the present circumstances and the conditions they are in, and not what God has perfected in eternity. God said to Jeremiah: “Before I formed thee…” It was settled before Jeremiah was conceived in his mother’s womb. Therefore, as far as Heaven’s record is concerned, even though it did not look like it, Jeremiah was already a Prophet to the nations. All he needed to do was to receive it.
Stop worrying about how it will happen. Your part is to believe and receive it. God’s Word can never fail. “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away." Mark 13:31 (NKJV). You are not going to end a disappointment. It will rain again in your life in Jesus Name.

ALL YOU NEED IS JESUS

“And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.” Luke 5:5-7 (KJV)

Before Jesus showed up, Peter and his team were washing their nets out of frustration and defeat. Washing their net was a sign-off: It is over. When you go into any endeavour without Jesus, what you will be doing is toiling. That is why you need Jesus. It is toiling without Jesus.
The moment Jesus stepped into Peter’s boat, everything turned around. Beloved, all you need is Jesus. When Jesus enters your boat, never take it for granted. You should be celebrating! When He made His choice to enter your boat, you had better open up. When Jesus stepped into the boat, He sat down. The sitting position is a position of rest. In other words: No matter what you are facing, all is well. No matter what you are facing, it is all covered. I am in control of it. No matter the challenge, you are not going to end up in shame or disgrace. No matter what the enemy has done, stop being anxious; you have come to the right source.
Peter sat down and listened to Jesus. The struggle had ended. Efforts had ended. Expertise and skill had ended. His hope was now in Jesus. And when he responded to the instruction of the Master, he had an unprecedented catch of fish. Peter responded to the Word of Grace. The Word of God will never fail. The Word of God is infallible, errorless, impregnable, and authoritative.
Peter “.was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken:” Luke 5:9 (KJV). Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. What He did for one, He will do for another. He will do wonderful things in your life. Just try to Rest in Him.

CALL IT WHAT GOD CALLS IT

“(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.”
Romans 4:17 (KJV)

The scriptures tell us in the Book of Genesis Chapter 12 that God went to a heathen land and called out a man by the name of Abram from an idol-worshipping background. God told him to come out from his country, his kindred, and his family to a land that He would show him because He was going to make him a great nation.

Initially, Abraham had doubts, so when Sarah made the suggestion, he bought it and went into Hagar and Ishmael was produced. And for thirteen years, God did not speak again. In other words, God was telling Abraham: ‘Until you are ready to believe what I said concerning you, nothing is going to happen’.

Believe means calling those things that are not visible that you desire into manifestation. What do you desire today? What are your expectations? What do you want God to do for you? The scriptures tell us that Abraham, who was against hope, believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, "...So shall thy seed be." Romans 4:18 (KJV). Everything around Abraham was crying it will never happen but Abraham against all hope believed in hope according to that which was spoken. Abraham’s faith was according to the Word of God, not according to what he was experiencing.
Believe in Him, and He will give you the desires of your HEART.

TAKE YOUR SEAT

“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved); and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” Ephesians 2:4-6 (KJV)


God has made us alive together with Christ. He has quickened us together. He has raised us together with Christ. And He has made us sit together. The sitting position is a position of authority. It is saying I know who I am. I know my position. I know my rights. I know my privileges. I know what I can do. I know what I have.
Take your seat and rebuke the devil. Take your seat and silence the voice of the enemy. Take your seat and shut the voice of the adversary. Capture your prosperity, take your seat, and be fruitful. Take your seat and shut the mouth of the wicked! You are not destined for low places but for greatness. You are seated in heavenly places with Christ.
There is no more defeat for you. What cannot harm Christ cannot harm you. No more failures. Your business must explode. You are meant for double promotion. It must happen! There are no more delays. No more postponement and no more interception of your miracles. The price has been paid and you cannot be denied. Take your seat. Declare that I am seated with Christ in heavenly places. Don’t just say it once and walk away; say it until it sinks deep into your spirit. You will have what you say.
I pray that God will give you a spirit to live in Christ in Jesus name.

FUNCTION FROM A PLACE OF KNOWING

“For I know that my redeemer liveth, And that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:” Job 19:25 (KJV)

Life happens to everyone! Diverse things are bound to happen to you, but you have total control over how you will respond to things. You have no business responding to things as ordinary persons because, as a believer, you are not an ordinary person. There is something that you know that the ordinary person cannot know. That’s why the Bible tells us, "...We walk by faith, not by sight." 2 Corinthian 5:7 (KJV).
The believer must always function from a place of knowing. Job was able to go through all the challenges he had because he functioned from a place of knowing. In the midst of his challenge, Job was able to say: "For I know that my redeemer liveth,..." Job. 19:25 (KJV). This man was stretched with heavy-duty challenges in his life that would make anyone give up. But he held on. He chose not to function by what he was seeing but by what he knew.
At times, what you are seeing contradicts what you know inside you. You know that somehow you will come out, but you don't know how. It was what Job knew that kept him going. He knew that he had a Redeemer and that his Redeemer was alive. He said I may not be able to explain what is happening to me, but I know that my Redeemer is alive. And He will certainly see me through.
Your Redeemer will see you through. I encourage you to be like Job, get to know Him, and walk in the truth that you know, and the truth will set you free.

IN CHRIST, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO POWER

“And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ when he raised him from the dead and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 1:19-20 (KJV)

The immeasurable great power of God, as the Passion Translation puts it, has been made available to you in Christ. As this power works through you, your life becomes an advertisement.
“And he alone is the leader and source of everything needed in the church. God has put everything beneath the authority of Jesus Christ and has given him the highest rank above all others.” Ephesians 1:22 (TPT).

Christ is the source of everything you need because God has put everything beneath His authority and has given Him the highest rank above all others. So, where do you come in? He is the Head, and the Church is His body. And the Church is being filled with His fulness. Christ, who has the highest authority and the highest power, now demonstrates this power and authority through our lives.

So, you are a carrier of power. You are dangerously loaded. Every power is at your disposal. You are not ordinary. Darkness is nothing but the absence of light. When light appears, darkness must flee. You are the light because of Christ in you. Darkness cannot withstand you. Nothing you are suffering from that has not been fully paid for. It was fully paid for so that you can have it. Now, you have become unstoppable because of Him.
And so shall it.

ACCEPT YOUR ACCEPTANCE

“Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.” Ephesians 1:5-6 (KJV)

You can never ever do enough to qualify yourself before God. It is God that qualifies you. And once He has qualified you, accept it as the truth. Any other thing is not acceptable. The day you received Christ into your life, you became accepted. You cannot function in a space or atmosphere you have not accepted belongs to you.

You have been accepted in the beloved. Many people find it tough to accept who God says they are because their behaviour appears contradictory to God’s position when they look at themselves. It is either you accept and agree to your behaviour, or you accept your true self.

That is the same lie the devil sold to mankind at the fall. When man fell, the first thing God said when He opened His mouth to speak to man was, who told you that you are naked. Beloved, who told you that you are sick? Who told you that you are stranded? Who told you that you are a failure? Who told you that you cannot achieve anything? Someone has sold that lie to you, and you accepted it. You must refuse what God has not said concerning you and accept what He said concerning you.

I encourage you to accept your acceptance and watch your life turn around for good in Jesus name.
