You are enough. Don’t believe in those who make you feel any less.Our self worth depends upon how we feel about ourselves. When we value ourselves and feel worthy, we become self confident.Once we feel confident, we are able to ignore those who try to make us feel inferior.
Sometimes, we get so much affected by what others think of us that we start to doubt ourselves.

A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the “half empty or half full” question. Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired: ”How heavy is this glass of water?”
Answers called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz.
She replied, “The absolute weight doesn’t matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn’t change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.”
She continued, “The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralyzed – incapable of doing anything.”

TOPIC: Healing Is In The Word Of GOD

Healing is Always in the word “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. “But there are some of you who do not believe.” (John 6:63-64) We all have the power to choose what we will believe, and what we will allow in our hearts. The same words that heal some seem to bounce off others with no effect. Many times, the attitude of bitterness, offense, and criticism has hardened the heart. The words of the gospel are heard, but the door to the heart is closed and locked.

Healing is very much connected to hearing. Today, in many gospel settings, people come to talk, not to hear. It’s obvious that true “hearing” will be difficult if the heart is more in tune with the problem than with the answer. And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. The more we allow the good news into our hearts, the more easily faith for healing comes alive. Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? (Gal. 3:5)Miracles are a product of hearing!
“It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ” (Mt. 4:4)

As I took the microphone, somebody stood inside of me. And that prayer was about seven (7) minutes and that opens up America up for me.

Up till today, every invitations I have had from all major churches in America, came from that seven minutes prayer and that was the lowest times of my life and it was the time of rejection and embarrassment and mockery.
When everybody concluded I was finished, the experts in the kingdom and in the church said I was finished. But I understood, as it is written;
who is he that sayeth a thing or prediction anything and cometh to pass when the Lord God commanded it not"

Understand this.You are all alone. For when all chips are down, all noise is turned down, you will be left with yourself and your thoughts alone.
People don't really care about you like that. Most often it is what they will gain from you that is bringing them to you. It is just like blog sites, they carry your posts or stories when they know it will bring them traffic. It is not like they really like you like that.

Kill that unnecessary urge to show off: to show off your relationship, your body, your Valentine's gifts or any gift you receive, your new cars. . . Sometimes, ask yourself, why do I need public validation? Why do I need the world to see something that is personal to me? When such an urge comes, ask yourself, is it really necessary? Then answer yourself sincerely. The truth you must know is, people don't really care that much unless it will benefit them.

It is not a gainsaying that everyone likes everything that is sweet. Our choice of things are based on the sweetest part of it, we don't choose anything because is bad. No good man goes for bitter things. If not that African Bitter Leave has sweetness for herbal value no one would naturally go it. No one likes grave (death) except that it leads to heaven for the saints. It is imperative to know that everything or everyone that is sweet has (a) bitter side. You can't experience the sweetest side if you are not ready for the other part unknown.

There are people who believe that God is able to take care of them and will be taking risk, yet won't take instructions from Him (God). Before you take the risk take the instructions and if perhaps you erred, let the staff do its functions. David considered himself ready for whatever God would do to him in any given moment over all matters. The Bible says *"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." (Psalms 23:4)* Everyone who loves the Lord should give Him right to scold and instruct at all times. Don't be a Christian who wouldn't appreciate the sermon that touches your wounds.
