Isaiah 53:1

One of the hardest course in life is leadership because it is practical.

What is leadership? Leadership is the ability to inspire, guide an influence others to achieve their goals.
To be led is a choice to lead yourself is a determination, There are people that has come to a point they have given up in life because of their struggles and pain, Jephthah took his life in his hand and God granted him success and victory
Your self awareness is what that gives you the courage to keep pushing regardless the hurdles.
They blindfolded Jesus and flogged him and told him to prophecy who flogged him, * In the journey of destiny you must be focused and fight spiritual blindness, some people around you might be the ones Satan will use to stop you, they will be around you like a friend, co-workers, and appear like they wish you well but they are actually the ones stabbing you, you will be doubting why are you putting effort and nothing is working, if you are spiritually blind you might not see them. The pain of a man that want to change his generation, it will get to a point Satan can use the people you love to pierce you hardly.
Everyone is born a leader but not everyone has the capacity to lead, bible says we are the salt of the earth, the light of the world, so everyone is born to make impact but not everyone has the capacity to emerge.
Who shall believe our Report? Isaiah 53:1. The strongest battle is the battle to Be known, There are some people who are going through mockery and insults, if only they had believe that tomorrow the person they mocked is going to be world changer tomorrow they would have respect him.
One of the secret to Keep leading despite beading is to pray.
Jesus said, Men should pray and not faint. Prayer gives you the stamina to keep pushing to you get there.

Spiritual men chose their battle, what is a problem to a carnal man is not a problem to a spiritual man, Some people are still fighting the battle of men while some has climbed to the battle of demons,.

Understand that anything that happens in the life of a man on a journey is a permissive will from God, in the life of journey to Destiny anything can happen but be focused.

ANY ATTACK YOU GET FROM PEOPLE --is teaching you the best form of defence.

*ANYONE WHO LOOKS DOWN ON YOU --is teaching you to look up to CREATOR ( *GOD* ).

Always look out for the lesson in every situation you face in every phase of life.

Be polite, calm, gentle and thankful to God because He will be with you to the end.
Life had taught me lessons. I do not see people at my cross road, because humans are not reliable. I only see God as the author and finisher of my faith.
