May Theme: The Father’s Heart.

Day 29: Rooted In Love.

As we look into the Father’s Heart, we see His desire for us clearly spelt out in Ephesians 3:17-19.

The Big question then is; why should we be rooted or grounded in God’s love or in the knowledge and understanding of the love of Christ?

It is because this is the foundation for our success and victory in this life as believers.

What made our LORD and Savior succeed and win, wasn’t the follower-ship He had.

He knew He came from the Father.
He knew He was One with Him.
He knew the Father’s plan for Him.
He knew the Father loved Him and would never abandon Him—Psalm 22 and Psalm 16:10.

If you don’t have a good and solid foundation, you can’t build anything lasting. Similarly, if we’re not rooted in God’s love, we can’t experience His fullness, though we have it already in us. Knowing His love and being grounded in it is very important.

God’s love is your foundation.

📖 Ephesians 3:17-19: “Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life. Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences—the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding—this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!” TPT‬‬

Day 28: Shine Daily.

When we talk about the Father's Heart, we're also talking about His nature. You are His offspring, what's your nature? Can it be likened to that of the Father, in your words, thoughts and deeds?

You can't claim to be a dove, yet you're living like a snake. So, let your life reflect Him—in words, actions, and heart.

📖 Matthew 5: 15-16 : [15] Nobody ever lights a candle and then puts a bowl over it. No way. They put that candle up in a high place, so that its light shines out everywhere. [16] You have to be like that candle. You have to let everyone see that you are following me. They will see all the good things you do, and they will say good things about God, your father in heaven. They will say, ‘God is really great.’ ”

Happy Children’s Day! 🎉

May our children grow in wisdom, strength, and favor with God and man. (Luke 2:52)

May the Lord protect them, guide their steps, and make them mighty in purpose. (Psalm 121:7-8)

May they shine as lights in their generation and fulfill God’s plans for their lives. (Jeremiah 29:11)

Our children are blessed, loved, and destined for greatness in Jesus’ name. Amen ❤️

Day 27: A Channel Of Love.

We all know God is love and everyone who loves is born of God. No one who walks in hate towards others, can claim that as a godly virtue, because that’s not God’s nature. As believers, we are channels to spread God’s love to others.

Day 26: Walk In Patience.

How would you describe yourself—As a Patient or an impatient person? After my graduation from the University, I had my whole life planned out before me, by me… If you crossed my path and weren’t moving as fast as I want, to get things done, it made me very angry. I felt such a person was slow—I had no patience at all with such people.

At that time, I didn’t see life as a learning process—A place where people grow at their own pace, not because one is better than them, but because God made each person in a unique way. Everyone is growing, but at their own pace. So we must learn to encourage others, be Patient with them and give them chance/s, to prove themselves, even after they fail. However when there’s a threat to life and peace, wisdom should be applied 😃😃😃😃😃.

Patience helps others to become better including you and me. Imagine if God didn’t exercise patience with you and me? I’m sure we wouldn’t be here today, in a relationship with Jesus and daily growing into the perfect stature. Let’s learn to show the same patience to others. None of us got to where we are today, because we had no weaknesses and didn’t fail sometimes. It’s God’s patience with us and His understanding that has brought us this far. So, the patience God shows you… reflect it to others. For patience is a godly virtue.

Day 25: Forgive Freely.

This clearly is what the Father does to each of us. He forgives us freely. He doesn’t encourage us to sin, but when we do err and return to Him in repentance, He forgives us freely and remembers our sins no more — “How far is the east from the west? The Lord has taken our sins further away than that! He no longer says that we are guilty.”

“For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, And their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.”

The Father teaches us to love and forgive as He does. You’ve been forgiven—now extend that same grace.

Day 24: A Heart Of Compassion.

Can we have a very compassionate heart? O yes! We’re born of God. We’re His offsprings. We have His nature. We can grow into becoming more of Him every day, if we can intentionally take action in this line. A lot of us are able to show love, understanding and compassion to our family members. If we can see others outside of our families as precious souls to God, and we God’s servants sent out in all the world to spread the GOODNEWS of the Kingdom, then we’d find it easier to love other people and be compassionate towards them. Hallelujah!

God’s heart is tender—and yours can be too.

📖 Colossians 3:12 - “You are always and dearly loved by God! So robe yourself with virtues of God, since you have been divinely chosen to be holy. Day 23: Love Like Him.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son…John 3:16. What does this teach us? Love gives. It gives sacrificially. This doesn’t mean we have to be nailed to the cross to save others, Jesus already did that. What it means is for us to show this love of God to the world. Let the world see Jesus in us, through our words and actions. Jesus was never self centered. Life shouldn’t be about us alone. The Good Samaritan is a perfect example of how we should live as God’s children.

The love you’ve received is the love you’re called to give.

📖 John 13:34: “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” KJV‬‬

Day 22: Reflecting The Father.

How many of us remember how David the youngest of Jesse’s son was chosen and anointed to become King—1 Samuel 16:1-13. He wasn’t chosen to only enjoy God’s love. He was loved to reflect the Father’s Heart.

Similarly, we’re loved by God and it’s expected of us to become an expression of the Father’s Heart.

📖 Ephesians 5:1 says;
“Watch what God does, and then you do it, like children who learn proper behavior from their parents. Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with him and learn a life of love. Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn’t love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that.” MSG.

This was the same commandment Jesus left for us—To love one another. You can’t be born of God and not show love to others. Becoming an expression of the Father should not only be in the demonstration of Power. The Greatest Way To Showcase our God is to Love like Him.

You are not only loved—you are called to reflect His heart.

Day 21: Living Daily In His Love.

His love is not occasional—it’s daily.

Have you ever been in a place, on a day where you felt, you disappointed God—Found it difficult to even approach God. Ashamed of what you did, with no where to hide from his face.

Then the next day comes around and you see God moving in your life and does you great good, like nothing ever happened? At that moment you realize that He didn't judge you and never condemned you. He loves you and would never abandon you. You’re His creation, His beloved and He knows the real you wouldn’t love what’s wrong. He’s always there for you, to pick up when you fall.

Day 20: Loved In Every Season.

God’s love doesn’t change with your circumstances.

You and I know that human love can change with circumstances. Yes, once a person you love begins to misbehave repeatedly, no matter how much you love that person, a time comes when you reach your limit and can't take it anymore.

But, God's love isn't like that. He loves you in and out of season. I dare to say, His heart is grieved at sin, but He doesn't give up on the object of His Love like a man would after repeated hurts and deep pains. Permit me to please use Samson as our example. In the season of his captivity by the Philistines, God was right there with Samson--Not in judgment, but in love for him.

📖 Lamentations 3:22–23 : It is because of the Lord's mercy and loving-kindness that we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions fail not. [Mal. 3:6.] [23] They are new every morning; great and abundant is Your stability and faithfulness. [Isa. 33:2.] AMPC.

💖 His love is constant.
