The journey to understanding “the things concerning Christ” begins on the road to Emmaus in Luke 24. Two disciples, heavy with sorrow after Christ’s crucifixion, walked away from Jerusalem, uncertain and perplexed. Jesus drew near to them, yet they didn’t recognize Him. As He walked with them, He opened the Scriptures, from Moses to the prophets, explaining how they all pointed to Himself.
