Another man in me simply means, the spirit and power of the holy Ghost.
After Christ resurrection He appeared to many both his disciples, before He was ascended to heaven He said to his disciples, return to Jerusalem and tarry waiting for the promise of the father which is the power of the holy Ghost. Tarry means to fast and pray, study to access the wisdom and knowledge for spiritual growth and maturity.
The combination of fasting and prayer, wisdom and knowledge of the word of God is the tools that generate the power of God through the holy Spirit, and impartation from the prophet will launch you into the realm of manifestation and stability through the power God.

Exodus 34:28-29
28. So he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he did not eat bread or drink water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.
29. When Moses came down from Mount Sinai, with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand as he came down from the mountain, Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because he had been talking with God.
30. Aaron and all the people of Israel saw Moses, and behold, the skin of his face shone, and they were afraid to come near him.
What do people see anytime you are around them?
If they see nothing different from your title, it's means both of you are all the same. People are not afraid of your title but they will fear your mantle and obey your word.

3. A mortal man cannot rule as a leader, it is the divinity that controls humanity.
(1Samuel 10:5-6)
5.After that thou shalt come to the hill of God, where is the garrison of the Philistines: and it shall come to pass, when thou art come thither to the city, that thou shalt meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with a psaltery, and a tabret, and a pipe, and a harp, before them; and they shall prophesy.
6.And the Spirit of the Lord will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.
I know you are called
I know you are born with greatness
I know you are a leader
There's a spirit that carries burden and the spiritual responsibility for each mandate, until that spirit come upon you, you will bear title without the mantle which cannot take you anywhere.
