RELEASING ANGELS
Text: Luke 2:8-10 KJV
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. [9] And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. [10] And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
It is very necessary to remind ourselves that Angelic interventions are limited to the saints only, i.e restricted only to people who have been saved and sanctified by the blood of the Lamb.
Don’t let the devil confuse you about the presence of Angels, they are real as much as demons are real. You must therefore understand how to release them in other to enjoy their services.
STEPS TO RELEASING ANGELS
1. Through Knowledge
John 8:32 KJV
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
In the kingdom of God you reign by knowledge. There is no short cut. If you desire liberty and authority, knowledge is the key.
The subject of Angels is a very sensitive one; and it takes the knowledge of their operational facet to put them in full operation. You should know that satan your accuser is out to put you in jail, but you need an efficient knowledge of the law (word) that guarantees your liberty in all issues of life.
Until you know angels are made for your services you will never enjoy their favours.
2. Through Prayers
Acts 12:5-8 KJV
[5] Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him. [6] And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison. [7] And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands. [8] And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.
Angels are released through the force of vigorous prayers. Anytime you pray you engage angelic intervention.
Jesus said,
Matthew 26:53 KJV
[53] Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
When we pray angels are dispatch, but when we praise God is self invited.
You cannot pray to God your Father, who is your present help in trouble and He will not give you the legions of Angels. They are specially made to render services to the hires of salvation.
3. Through Command
Isaiah 45:11 KJV
[11] Thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
Even though Angels are made for your services, you must give them order in order to experience their capability.
Until you give them a command you can never be in command.
Understand that you’re in charge of them as they are at your service. Stop wishing that they do things for you and start commanding them what they should do for you.
They are your militant force waiting to take orders from you. You don’t take orders from them, rather they take from you.
Anything you say is what they do. That was why God warned Moses and said: “Beware of him” (Exd 23:21).
Ecclesiastes 5:6 KJV
[6] Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?
