Key Lessons
There are different kinds of mountains in life. The most dangerous mountain is the one you possess but fail to recognize.
Grass symbolizes the lowest level of life.
Grace represents elevation to the highest level.
God has the power to lift a person from the dust and seat them among kings. (1 Samuel 2:7–9)
When a king loses his mind through pride, he falls from glory to grass, as seen in the life of Nebuchadnezzar.
Adam and Eve were originally clothed with God's glory. After they sinned, they lost that glory and became aware of their nakedness. (Genesis 2)
King Nebuchadnezzar left his palace and lived like the animals, eating grass until he acknowledged God's sovereignty.
The Bible warns that those who abandon the way of the Lord become part of the congregation of the dead. (Proverbs 21:16)
