You are responsible for prioritizing high impact tasks and eliminating time wasting activities.
(c). Managing finances:
Successful individuals take responsibility for their financial health by living within their means, sticking to a budget, and avoiding unnecessary debt.
(d). Documenting for accountability: keeping a clear record of your work helps track progress and ensures you can answer for the outcomes of your assignments.
3. Professional conducts:
(a). Upholding integrity and honesty:
You must be truthful and transparent in all interactions, which builds the trust and credibility necessary for professional growth.
(b). Active communication:
It is your job to not just speak but to practice active, listening to truly understand others before trying to be understood.
(c). Cultivating emotional Intelligence:
You need to recognize and manage both your own emotions and the emotions of those around you to handle difficult workplace situations calmly.
(d). Collaboration and mentorship:
No one succeeds alone. You are responsible for seeking out mentors to learn from and eventually becoming a mentor to others to support a healthy professional ecosystem (A network of interconnected people).
