Kings don't shout. They decree. 👑
This Sunday we closed out our series on The Offices of Jesus. And we saved the best for last.
Jesus is not just a good teacher. Not just a mediator. He is King. Sovereign. Eternal. Undefeated.
Here's what we saw today:
👑 Wise men travelled far just to find Him and worship. Not a baby, a King.
👑 He confirmed His own kingship before a Roman governor and did not flinch.
👑 Isaiah prophesied it 700 years before it happened. His government will never end.
👑 Every earthly king has been flawed. He is sinless.
👑 Other kings rule by force. He rules by righteousness and changes hearts, not just behaviour.
👑 His kingdom is eternal, spiritual, and still advancing. Right now, in Bauchi
