Dear Loving Abba Father, Thank You that I can come close to You, knowing that the barrier of sin has been removed. Thank You that You give me true rest for my soul and perfect peace in my heart and that in the midst of any storm Your peace that passes human understanding remains. Look with mercy on those who have not yet come to you for salvation and convict their hearts of their need to come to You and trust in Your redemptive blood for the forgiveness of sin. thank You for the example of humility and grace that the LORD Jesus set throughout His life as He lived in utter dependence upon You. May we learn from Him, so that in humility of heart and gentleness of spirit we too may learn to live in complete dependence upon Him, in Jesus' name I pray AMEN.

Father of every Heavenly light, I ask you to correct me gently as I place myself, my imperfections, failures and sins in your presence. Forgive and cleanse me by the blood of Jesus so that I might be spotless and Holy and blameless in your sight. O LORD, I don't just want to be forgiven, I want to be useful to you and your church . Please help me find my way to usefulness. In Jesus' name I pray Amen.

Trials of various kinds are ways and means to test our faith to produce perseverance in us. When perseverance has been completed in us. it leads to maturity and completeness making us lacking in nothing.

Heavenly Father, keep me ever humble before Your throne of grace I pray. Help me to use my spiritual gifts and graces to encourage and edify my brothers and sisters in Christ and to glorify Your name, and may I live my life in love and grace in Jesus name I pray AMEN.
