Topic: Avoid Deception

Text:1 Corinthians 6:9-10 KJV

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? *Be not deceived:* neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, [10] Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, *shall inherit the kingdom of God.*

*Overview*
The journey to eternity is a certainty for every humanity. At the gate of heaven, you will either be told "Access Granted or Access Denied". It will be a great disappointment if the access denied is as a result of deception that could have been easily avoided.

# The kingdom of God is a reality regardless the opinion of humanity

# Entering God's kingdom is a matter of choice between righteousness and unrighteousness

the journey to eternity deception is possible but avoidable

# It is a deception to believe that no man can be free from sin. If a fornicator or a lier will be denied access to the kingdom according to the scripture, it then means freedom from sin is a necessity and a possibility before any accessibility to the kingdom.

# It's sin that makes any one unrighteous

Seperation from Sin requires your deliberate decision back up by Grace

And Solomon went up thither to the brasen altar before the Lord, which was at the tabernacle of the congregation, and offered a thousand burnt offerings upon it. [7] In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee.

Sacrifice is a catalyst that has capacity to speed up answers to your prayers

offered a sacrifice unto the Lord and God gave him a blank check to write his request

has the capability to attract God's attention to your direction

# Sacrifice secured answers for the prayers that you are yet to pray

# Your life of sacrifice connects you to a realm of surprises

# A life of sacrifice gives you access to a realm of unlimited supply

Let what you are giving to God cost you something for it to be considered as a sacrifice unto the Lord.

You must learn to close your ears against the opinions of men whenever you are set to make any sacrifice unto God

You must be upright for your sacrifice to be all right before God

Topic: Catalyst for Answers to Prayer

John 15:16 KJV
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

Catalyst is an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action. Soul winning function like a catalyst in provoking answers to prayer.

# We have access to Kingdom consignment when our obedience to kingdom assignment is confirmed

's an act of disobedience to our master's command if you are not involved in soul winning

is obligated to do what you requested if only you are obedient to what he has instructed

Topic: Right Attitude in the Place of Prayer

John 11:41-42 KJV
Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. [42] And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.

Lazarus was reported dead four days before the arrival of Jesus and he stood at his grave to wake him up. In the midst of this hopeless situation, Jesus prayed a prayer that produced a great result due to his right attitude in the Place of Prayer.

*Implication of the Passage*

# Prayer is not like a gamble that men play with probability mentality because of the uncertaintity of the outcome of the game

# Assurance of answers in your heart should be your password into the place of prayer.

# When your confidence in his faithfulness is confirmed, the delivery of your expectations is approved

# In the place of Prayer doubt is a waster of time and energy because it deprives men of their deliveries

# When the place of prayer is approached with probability mentality, futility of Prayer is inevitable.

Counsel:

Your God is too faithful to fail you therefore trust him at all times until you become too confident to doubt him in the place of Prayer

Oh Lord l come to you today with full confidence in your faithfulness, therefore let my expectations become testimony in the name of Jesus.
