*LET YOUR NEW LIFE INCRIMINATE THEM*

1 Peter 4:3-4
For you have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do—living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, or**es, carousing and detestable idolatry. They are surprised that you do not join them in their reckless, wild living, and they heap abuse on you.

*REFLECTIONS:*
1. A person whose life changes radically after conversion may experience contempt from his old friends, family, associates etc. His new life incriminates their sinful activities.

2. God's children may be scorned not only because we refuse to participate in certain activities, but because our priorities have changed and we are now heading in the opposite direction.

3. Mature Christians, the strong brethren should help new and weak believers to resist such pressures of opposition by encouraging them to be faithful to Christ.
*Let us Focus on Christ, the saviour, do His will and they will be incriminated*.

Amend your ways and your doings. RETURN NOW TO JESUS
Jeremiah 7:3-7 “Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place. Trust not in lying words, saying, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, are these For if ye thoroughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye thoroughly execute judgment between a man and his neig
hbour; If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt: Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever.

People have a false sense of security in many things in this world today. They find security in their finances; security in their accomplishments and education; security in their relationships or social status’, titles and the like. People place too much value and importance on the non-relevant things of life while their soul remains in danger. They invest over and over again in these hoping to find some semblance of safety, but Jesus once wisely said, “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36).

Isaiah 40:28-31
Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard? the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary; there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to him that hath no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint.

The believer is as secure as God’s promises are true. No promise of God can fail. Those who are ready to acknowledge they have no might, may wait upon Him, for He will be their help if they will humbly depend on Him.

Facts: Isa 40:11. Christ is the Good Shepherd. Joh 10:11. He has a special care for the lambs that are weak and cannot help themselves, gathering them into the arms of His power and carrying them in the bosom of His love.

Prevailing through the spirit of God is our key to divine open doors this year.

Good morning to you and may The almighty give you supernatural speed through His grace in Jesus name Amen.

Beloved I will like us to examine our faith. God is Spirit Jn 4:24 and to worship Him and we must become spirits like him to worship him. Originally we were created in God's image and likeness and God breathed His Spirit us and we became a living soul Gen2:7. When Adam sinned the spirit of The Lord in him left and he became dead spiritually and by virtue of obeying the devil, we became slaves to sin. Thank God who came down and restored us back to our formal glory by dying on the cross for our sin. But that can only be activated when we realise the finished work of christ and as soon as we realise that and invite Jesus in we become born again and the Spirit of The Lord is restored. The Spirit of God in us automatically communicate with God and everything about us changes, isn't that great. The first step in any man's life is to restore God's spirit in him by being born again. Would you like to be born again, would you like to restore the Spirit of God in you,would you like to have complete dominion over all? Then say this pray with all your heart;
Lord Jesus,
I acknowledge am a sinner
I believe you died for my sin
Come into my life
Take complete control over my life
I believe in You
Amen!

Characteristics of Citizens of Heaven

Our word is true. Our yes's are "yes," and our no's are "no" (Matthew 5:37).

Debt Free. We owe no man anything but the continuing debt to love one another (Romans 13:8)

Married until parted by death. There is no divorce and remarriage (Luke 16:18).

Parents instruct their children. They are directly responsible for training them up in the Lord (Ephesians 6:4).

Known as a giver, not a taker. We give and it is given back to us in good measure (Luke 6:38).

Love our enemies. We do good to those who hate us. We bless them and pray for them (Matthew 5:44).

No lawsuits. We do not seek courts of law as a remedy for wrongs done (1 Corinthians 6:1-8).

Busy storing treasures in Heaven. Our heart is on the heavenly things, not on earthly treasures (Matthew 6:20).

Slow to anger. We are mild mannered, forgiving one another and willing to be defrauded (Ephesians 4:31-32).

Treat others the way we want to be treated. We put ourselves in the other one's shoes and respond accordingly (Matthew 7:12).

Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven. We are not here to seek money, property, popularity, honors, or advantage. We diligently seek and promote the Kingdom of Heaven, trusting God to supply our every need (Matthew 6:33).

Separate from secular government. We do not participate in worldly politics, elections, or debates about their governments (2 Timothy 2:4).

Our citizenship is in Heaven. We acknowledge that the Kingdom of Heaven is God's Government and is the only one that is everlasting (Philippians 3:20, Luke 1:33).

Observe chain of command. In the Church and in the family, we respect chain of command (1 Peter 5, 1 Corinthians 11, Ephesians 6, Hebrews 13:17). We follow our Shepherd and flee from strangers (John 10:5, 27).
