Judgement is different from wickedness or evil. No evil in God, when he kills it's in righteousness. Rev 2: 22 -23.
God's chastisement sometimes can be terrible. We need understand Gods fulness not just an aspect of him.

Nigeria needs prayer by us all at this time!
Nigeria faces a lot of challenges.
Wrong management of the meagre resources, corruption that has eaten to the fabric of the nation. Both by government and the governed. Love of money with greed that has eroded the moral culture and value. Oil price that tumbled, effect of covid 19 lock down on economy.
Insurgences of all kinds, internal war by the Boko -haram, bandits . Any nation with fragile economy and prosecuting all manner of wars will suffer economic adversity. Ethnic domination causing distrust and divisions.Population explosion does not help the matter. Only God intervention is our hope.
Let us pray for the Lord's intervention that he may heal the land.

The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, have never abandoned anyone who searches for you.Psalm 9:9-10
This is time to seek after God, whoever seeks finds, when we find Him we find rest, peace, victory etc. All needs are met in him.
Even if we cannot go to church now, those who have found him know that He dwells in them and he is with them. 'When God is with us who can be against us?' The answer is 'nobody'
not even pandemic, epidemic or endemic.
The way to find God is Jesus and the way to find Jesus is repentance with
faith in him.

Sin is the cause of all human miseries. Repentance leads to salvation by accepting Jesus as Lord and Saviour. He alone paid for our sins by his death ( blood shed on the cross).
Salvation by Jesus Christ qualifies us for all blessings both in time and eternity.
Having been saved (born again), knowledge is required in the journey of life because it is written MY PEOPLE PERISH FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.
We are warned to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. Not all children of Israel that left Egypt entered the promised land, many could not make it because of their evil hearts of unbelief and hardness of hearts. Conforming to Christ both in words and deeds is the goal of salvation which is life of victory. We have victory by the resurrection of Christ. He is alive in us.
