“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”
Hebrews 4:12

Come and encounter the Light that brings clarity, direction and understanding.

Join us this Wednesday as we gather around God’s Word.

Today, we celebrated the gift of this precious child and commit his journey into the hands of God. May every step be ordered by Him and may his life be surrounded by grace.

May this little one grow to know God deeply, walk in His ways and become everything He has called him to be.

Today, we continued our journey through The Law of Emergence, revisiting the truths that call us to break forth, spring forth and become visible.

The Word went deeper into the enemies of emergence:

1. The spirit of procrastination

Procrastination is a thief of time and a barrier to action. We were reminded that delaying what needs to be done can keep what God has placed within us hidden.

Procrastination is often sponsored by fear. Delaying action can keep what is inside you from coming forth.

2. The spirit of comparison
John 5:6
Comparison can make you focus on another person’s journey instead of responding to what God is doing in yours.

3. The spirit of the past (former things)
Isaiah 43:18
If you keep looking at the past, you can miss the new thing God is bringing forth.

4. Illegal delay
Some delays are not divine timing. They are distractions and resistance that must be confronted rather than accepted.

Emergence requires more than potential; it requires response. We must confront procrastination, refuse distractions and act on what God is calling us to do.

There are battles that strategy cannot settle and burdens that strength cannot carry. So we lifted our voices and asked for mercy, the kind that intervenes and restores.
