FACTS ABOUT STRESS
📌 Stress affects everyone—male or female, young or old. It is a common part of life, but how we manage it makes the difference.
📌 Stress often begins in the mind before it manifests in the body. Our thoughts, worries, and fears can influence our emotional and physical well-being. "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he" (Proverbs 23:7).
📌 Unmanaged stress can have serious effects on health. It may affect sleep, mood, relationships, productivity, and overall well-being. This is why Scripture emphasizes the value of a cheerful heart and a peaceful mind (Proverbs 17:22; Proverbs 14:30).
📌 Unconfessed sin can become a heavy burden to the heart. Guilt can disturb your peace, weigh down your mind, and leave you emotionally exhausted. Psalm 32:3–4
Conclusion, Taking care of your mental, emotional, and spiritual health is not a luxury—it is a necessity for a healthy and balanced life.
