It is very important not to lose yourself. When a loss happens, some lose themselves to alcohol etc, but if you sit with billionaires, you will see that some of them have lost things a lot of people didn't make till they die.

We can call then billionaires even after the loss because they didn't lose themselves. So, as long as you have yourself, you still have what it takes to gain everything back. Shalom 💫

We need to really position ourselves as a channel. Now, this is not to say God doesn't care about you, this is to show you how the body works.

This is the same way God is doing things through other people for your sake and God is doing things through other people for their sake too. So, that I said to position yourself to be a channel doesn't mean to drain yourself.

That's the purpose of "the body".

If you are not growing as a believer, it means your mind is not being renewed which then translates to mean that you're not undergoing transformation. When we were implored in the scriptures to constantly renew our minds for transformation in Romans 12:2, there was a reason for it. What was the reason? So that we can test and know what God's will is.

Believers are constantly asking "what is God's will for my life", "how do I know God's will for my life", but knowing God's will for your life will only happen in a place of transformation. You can not know God's will outside his word, you can not grow outside his word, you can not be renewed outside his word.

So you see why the renewal of your mind is so important in your Christian Journey? Shalom ❤️‍🔥✨️

Every you do as a believer must stem from the place of the word. Even your prayers must be engineered by the word. When you begin to live outside the word, you are moving out of your habitat. Submit yourself to the word, seek to grow in the knowledge and understanding of the word - this should be your priority as a believer.

Why? You can't function outside your habitat (In Christ) and the knowledge of how to live in your habitat is in the word. The word is what should engineer your life.

*D MORNING SERIES OF LoriOro*: The Christians of old showed us how to seek God with humility, the hymns of then are proofs of this. Now, it's like God is on one hill or mountain and you need to perform and perform for you to meet him - not even for him to meet you.

You see, it is "as the deer pants for the waters, so my soul longs after". God finds us, we seek Him.
And you can't perform your way into meeting God - you must be humble. That's why it looks like most faithful preachers are converts or people who were not serious with God.

God sees all men, He knows the thoughts we have. "Seek God early and you will find Him" (He will reveal Himself).

I love the Message Translation puts this verse in plain language. It's simple - use the gift that is in you. Humility is not hiding the gift, humility is not drawing back when you know you have the gift. Your youth is not and will never be a reason for you to be small or act small.

The opportunities you are seeking, the doors you want to open will act on accord of you using your gifts. Stop waiting for a big platform before you make use of the gift inside of you.
