TOPIC: HEARING THE VOICE OF SILENCE PART 3
Job 4:16 (KJV)
It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard a voice…

In those days, to avoid being beaten, you must be able to interprete the voice of silence of your parents when they are in places they can’t express themselves in speech to you except by their looks, head movement and squeezing of face.

So also, God never leave his children in relationship with him without regularly talking to them; When God brought different animals to Adam to see what he will name them, it was not recorded, God said categorically to him, name them, but by intuition and relationship with God, he understood what God wanted him to do (Genesis 2:19-20).
God has given us things to do but many are still waiting on God, if they should do it. Until you can interpret the silence of God, the only option you have is to keep waiting.

How to interpret the voice of silence without mistaking is to have a close relationship with God through the holy spirit at all times and not just daily, in word and in prayer; As Brother Paul has advised us to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

As you go today, fellowship with God more and also with his people (church), in word and in prayer; pray always in the spirit and you can never be stranded without God’s voice and leading.

God has given us things to do but many are still waiting on God, if they should do it. Until you can interpret the silence of God, the only option you have is to keep waiting.

DECLARATION
Lord, I know you speak to me always, but sometimes I take your silence to mean nothing but now I know even in your silence you still speak. Help me to hear the voice of your silence.

PRAYER FOR TODAY
1) My Father! Help me to know you more and more. Amen!
2) My Father! Open the eyes of my understanding, let me hear you, even when you are silent. Amen!

TOPIC: HEARING THE VOICE OF SILENCE PART 2
Psalms 28:1
Unto thee will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.

Oftentimes, when I am with people I don't understand their language, I quickly switch the ear of my eyes to hear what they are saying; Action speak louder than voice.

Many times God speak by what we see, God has explained in pictures, things happening and things that will happen to many, but they are still waiting to hear from the lord; And Sometimes God tells us things by the way we feel, all these are called the voice of silence.

You must learn to hear the voice of silence. You must be able to interprete silences audibly. I do this as a prophet of God, telling people what is happening around them without them telling me anything. Oh! Some will say, that is the gift of word of knowledge. Hear the voice of silence! Be like the deaf and dumb, know the sign language.
When God is silent, open the ear of your eyes… he is talking by what you see; Open up yourself… he is talking in a way you can feel it.

In fellowship, God speaks always and by all means, you can’t predict the ways of the spirit, your mental calculations cannot correctly define his moves. (John 3:8)

Elijah, a powerful man of God, thought God was going to come by wind, but he was wrong, he thought he would come by earthquake or fire, but he was dead wrong. But only in silence of God did he hear God.

As you go today, expect God to visit you by any means, don’t be stereotypic, prepared to meet your Lord.

Our father, Pastor Tai Solomon concluded the Better Than One series with a powerful reminder on the importance of genuine relationships, personal growth, resilience, and becoming better.

In this final part of the series, he reminded us that the best thing that can happen to a man is to have genuine friends. There is a difference between simply calling people your friends and having people who are truly there for you. Genuine friends are helpers; they back you up, pray for you, and desire to see you progress. You are not meant to compete with your friends, but to complete one another, working hand in hand to see each other become better. In fact, many of us may have twice what we have today if we learn to pray for our friends as much as we pray for ourselves.

He also reminded us that our current level is not our final destination. You may start as a messenger in your place of work, but there is nothing wrong with starting small, the problem is remaining there when you have the capacity to grow. You can climb the ladder. And if you want to prove yourself, improve yourself.

Rather than being angry about the level you are currently at, be hungry for the level you desire. Growth requires resilience, especially because no one at the top will tell you that the journey was easy. When things get tough, giving up is not the answer; keep pushing, keep learning, and keep becoming better.

He further challenged us not to be angry when people point out our shortcomings, but to see their words as feedback that can help us improve. Sometimes, the very thing we take as criticism can become the information we need to become better.

And as we conclude this series, one charge remains: if you want things to be better for you than those before you, you must be willing to be better than those before you.
