*2024 CCN CHRISTMAS CAROL*

To the glory of God and the blessing of mankind, the 2024 edition of Ogun State CCN Annual Christmas Carol was a success.

Abraham's Tabernacle (Baptist International Worship Center) was agog on Thursday, 19th December, 2024 as Archbishops, Bishops, Clergies and other eminent personalities gathered for our annual ritual, singing melodious hymns and special renditions to God in commemorating the Birth of Jesus Christ.

This year's program was hosted in Remo Division of CCN, Ogun State.

Our deepest appreciation goes to the Preacher, *His Grace, The Most Rev'd Michael Olusina Fape, PhD,* *The Diocesan Bishop of Remo and Archbishop of Ecclesiastical Province of Lagos, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion)* who despite his very busy schedules took time to come and proclaim the gospel of Christ with the theme *EMMANUEL - Matthew 1:21.*
It's our prayer that God in His infinite mercies will increase your strength, renew and empower you, Your Grace🙏

I wish to appreciate the eminent presence of the Chairman, Christian Council of Nigeria, Southwest Zone, His Lordship, *The Rt Rev'd Jeremiah Tunji Okunlola, PhD,* for making it to the program, Baba Okunlola is a pragmatic, resilient, Sacrosanct and dogged leader of inestimable value. May the Lord continue to equip you for greater grace in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

We recognize the gesture of our amiable father, *The Rt Rev'd Emmanuel Oludaisi Adekunle, PhD, The Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria, Ogun State* who was ably represented by The *Ven.J. O. Odebunmi.*

All our fathers and mothers in God who took part in the program in one way or the other are highly appreciated, God bless you all Permit me to appreciate all the invited choristers, TCLW Choir, The Methodist Church Nigeria Choir, Iroyin Ayo Baptist Association Choir, Presbyterian Choir, Salvation Army, African Communion Choir, and Salvation Army Choir more importantly the Abraham's Tabernacle Choir for making themselves vessels unto honour, may your rewards never elude you all in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

I specially appreciate the CCN Chairman of Remo Division, *Ven. S. O. Oyetade* and his team, the Christmas Carol Committee and the Chairman, *The Rt Revd Success Ibikunle Oke* for your tireless efforts. May the Lord bless you all.

We place on record our vehement protestation of gratitude to all the dignitaries invited, the *Obas in Remo Kingdom* . The Lord bless you and be gracious unto you, we are indeed grateful.

To all members that made themselves available for this program, the Lord will honour you all.

In conclusion, I wish to congratulate the leadership of Christian Council of Nigeria, under our energetic father, *Rev'd Oyewale Oyeniyi, PhD, The President, Ogun Baptist Conference* for the success of this program.

*REMINDER OF ZONAL MEETING*

Greetings to us all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I am directed by the Zonal Chairman, Rt. Revd Jeremiah T. Okunlola PhD to Remind us all to the last General Zonal meeting of the zone for the year which will come up by God's grace as follows:

*Venue: All Saints African C‎hurch Gaa Akanbi, Ilorin Kwara State*

*Date: Tuesday 26th November, 2024*
*Time: 11:00am.*

*PLEASE NOTE:*

1. *Each State should please come with (10) Ten delegates* that will attend the general meeting on the said date and we should not forget to forward our quarterly report to the zonal email address: [email protected]. And also come along to the meeting, the hard copies for distribution.

2. State Chapters that are yet to fulfill her financial obligations to the zone should kindly do so. We therefore, implore State stakeholders that are yet to pay, to kindly assist in paying their state assessment.
