TRUTH, THE WORDS OF LIFE!

DON’T MISS THE RAPTURE: THE DOOR WILL NOT STAY OPEN FOREVER!

Anchor Text: Matthew 24:42–44
"Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come... Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh."

Introduction
We live in a generation consumed by pleasure, entertainment, money, fame, trends, and temporary satisfaction. People are investing all their time preparing for earthly success while neglecting eternity. Billions are chasing pleasure over rapture. Yet the Bible warns us that a day is coming when Christ will suddenly appear for His Church.

The greatest event ahead is not political change, economic advancement, or technological development—it is the Rapture of the saints.

Sadly, many will discover too late that they prepared for everything except eternity.

Just like a man who wakes from a dream and discovers the door is locked, many will suddenly realize that opportunities have ended.

1. THE WORLD IS LIVING UNDER AN ILLUSION
17:26–30 "And as it was in the days of Noah... they did eat, they drank, they married wives... until the day that Noah entered into the ark..."Luke

People in Noah's generation lived normally. They laughed, built houses, married, traded, and enjoyed life. Their problem wasn't eating or marrying; it was that they ignored God's warning.

The same happened in Lot's day.
People were comfortable in sin.
Today many say:

"I still have time."
"God understands."
"Everybody is doing it."
"Let me enjoy life first."

Satan's greatest weapon is not only sin—it is distraction.

He keeps people occupied until eternity becomes an afterthought.
The illusion eventually shatters.

2. THE RAPTURE WILL HAPPEN SUDDENLY

4:16–17 "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout... and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive... shall be caught up..."1 Thessalonians

15:51–52 "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye..." 1 Corinthians

The Rapture will not announce itself on television.

No final reminder.
No warning siren.
No second countdown.
One moment families will be together.
The next moment:

Some will disappear.
Cars may lose drivers.
Pilots may vanish.
Church buildings may remain full but spiritually empty.

Many who heard sermons repeatedly may suddenly realize they were not truly ready.

3. THE TERRIBLE REALITIES OF THOSE LEFT BEHIND

The world after the Rapture will be unlike anything humanity has ever witnessed.

A. Global confusion and fear

21:25–26 "Men's hearts failing them for fear..." Luke

Mass panic will spread.

Questions will arise:

"Where did they go?"
"What happened?"
"Who disappeared?"

Fear will dominate nations.

B. Rise of the Antichrist system

2:3–4 "That man of sin be revealed..."2 Thessalonians

The Antichrist will present solutions to worldwide crises. He will appear peaceful and intelligent. But beneath his system is rebellion against God.

C. The Mark of the Beast

13:16–17 "And he causeth all... to receive a mark... and no man might buy or sell..." Revelation

People will face painful choices:
Accept the mark and align with the beast's system, or refuse and suffer severe consequences. Economic pressure, persecution, and control will become realities.

D. Severe persecution of believers

20:4 "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years." Revelation

Many who turn to Christ afterward will face terrible suffering.

Some will lose jobs.
Some freedom.
Some possessions.
Some their lives.

The easy opportunity available today will no longer remain.

4. WHY NOBODY SHOULD MISS THE RAPTURE

A. Because salvation is available now!
6:2 "Behold, now is the accepted time..." 2 Corinthians
God's mercy is available today.
Tomorrow is not guaranteed.

B. Because after the door closes, regret cannot reopen it!
In Matthew 25:10–12, the five foolish virgins came later saying:
"Lord, Lord, open to us."
But the door had already been shut. Preparation cannot be borrowed. Readiness cannot be transferred.

3. Because eternity is irreversible!
Hebrews 9:27 says: "It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."

Every human being is moving toward eternity. No middle ground exists. No negotiation table exists afterward.

5. HOW TO BE READY

A. Repent genuinely!
Acts 3:19 say: Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

B. Live holy!
Hebrews 12:14 says: "Without holiness no man shall see the Lord."

C. Watch and pray continually!
Luke 21:36 says: Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

D. Stay rooted in God's Word!
Psalm 119:105 "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path"

E. Remain faithful to Christ till the end!
Matthew 24:13 says: "He that endureth to the end shall be saved."

Conclusion
The question is not whether Jesus is coming.

The question is:
Will you be ready when He comes?
The world offers pleasure for a season. Christ offers eternal life. One day the illusion will end. The trumpet will sound. The door will close.

Today Heaven still says: "Come."

Do not wait until the world awakens to discover the door is locked. Choose Christ now. Choose eternity now.

Brethren, let us testify to the word of God in our lives by praying the following powerful prayers:

1. Father, deliver me from every distraction, deception, and pleasure of this world that may make me miss Your coming. Prayer Text: Matthew 24:44

2. Lord Jesus, purify my heart and make me spiritually ready for the day of Your appearing. Prayer Text: Psalm 51:10

3. Father, let me never be a victim of the spirit of slumber and spiritual carelessness in Jesus' name. Prayer Text: Romans 13:11

4. Lord, empower me to live holy and remain faithful till the end regardless of pressure or persecution. Prayer Text: Matthew 24:13

5. Father, let none of my family members, loved ones, and those around me miss the Rapture in Jesus' mighty name.Prayer Text: Acts 16:31

Amen!

THE EVIDENCE OF TRUE SALVATION.

Beloved, do not be deceived. There is a transformation that takes place in the life of every man or woman whom Jesus Christ has truly redeemed by His precious blood. Salvation is not just a confession made with the mouth; it is a divine encounter that changes the heart, the mind, the character, and even the desires of a person. When Christ genuinely enters a life, old things begin to pass away, and a new life begins to manifest.

The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17:
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

This means that a true child of God cannot continue comfortably in the same sinful lifestyle after receiving Jesus Christ. The power of salvation produces visible evidence. The way a person talks, dresses, behaves, thinks, and lives begins to reflect the nature of Christ. The things they once loved in sin, they now struggle to continue because the Holy Spirit begins to convict their heart daily.

When a man genuinely encounters Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit comes to dwell inside him. And the work of the Holy Spirit is not only to comfort us, but also to guide us into holiness and righteousness. He whispers to our hearts what is right and what is wrong. He warns us when we are about to fall into sin and leads us into obedience to God.

The Bible says in John 16:13:
“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth…”

Also, Galatians 5:16 says:
Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Beloved brethren, Christianity is not merely about attending church services, carrying a Bible, or claiming a religious title. True Christianity is Christ living inside a man. The proof of salvation is a transformed life. If someone claims to know Jesus Christ yet still comfortably lives exactly like the world — speaking corruptly, dressing seductively, practicing sin without conviction, and enjoying ungodliness without repentance — then there is a need for serious self-examination.

The Bible says in Matthew 7:16:Ye shall know them by their fruits.

A mango tree cannot produce orange fruits. Likewise, a life genuinely connected to Jesus Christ must produce the fruits of righteousness, holiness, purity, love, humility, and obedience to God.

Today, many people mention the name of Jesus with their mouths, but their lives deny Him. Some claim to know Jesus Christ, yet there is no difference between them and the people of the world. Their entertainment, speech, lifestyle, dressing, and character still glorify sin instead of God. This is why we must ask ourselves an important question: Have we truly surrendered our lives to the real Jesus Christ of the Bible, or are we following a false version of Jesus created by worldly culture and human imagination?

The real Jesus Christ transforms lives completely. He breaks the power of sin. He delivers from darkness. He gives a new heart and a new spirit.

The Bible says in Ezekiel 36:26: A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you…

Jesus did not die on the cross merely to make us religious; He died to make us holy. He shed His blood to separate us from sin and prepare us for eternal life.

Dear friend, if your life has not changed since you claimed to receive Jesus Christ, do not harden your heart. Return sincerely to God in repentance. Ask Him to truly save you and fill you with His Holy Spirit. Salvation is not about pretending before men; it is about becoming a new creature before God.

Jesus Christ is still calling sinners today. His arms are open wide. No matter your past, He can wash you clean, transform your life, and give you a brand-new beginning.

The Bible says in Romans 10:13: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Come to Jesus Christ today while there is still time. Let Him change your heart, your character, your desires, and your eternity. A truly saved life cannot remain the same again.

Truth, The Words Of Life!

Beloved, you can survive losing your parents and facing life alone. You can survive heartbreak when a spouse or partner leaves you. You can survive bankruptcy, losing your home, or watching your business collapse. You can survive betrayal by friends, the death of a child, chronic illness, public shame, or years of unemployment.

As long as you still have breath, there is a way to rise again.

But missing the rapture is different. Brothers and sisters, the tribulation will demand a price too high to pay, and the mark of the beast will leave no way of escape. The cost then will be your own life. Come to Jesus Christ today. Tomorrow is not promised.

May the word of God below find expressions in your life in Jesus name!

6:2 — For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. 2Corinthians_

9:27-28 — _And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Hebrews_

14:9-11 — _And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God... and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name._ Revelation"
