OLISA SHARES DELIGHT AS HE MEETS WITH CHIEF GODWIN OBIELUM

The DESOPADEC Commissioner representing Ndokwa ethnic nationality Chief Dr Charles Olisa has shared his profound joy and exiting moments with a renowned PDP leader in Ndokwa East Chief OBIELUM.

The people’s oriented commissioner Olisa who took to his media handle to share pictorial moment with the Ndokwa East leader said *”Today, I am excited to have spent quality time with my dear Leader, Our Capacity Ndokwa East PDP Maximum Leader, Father to all of us, High Chief Godwill Obielum, Onye Chukwu Yeni Ugo”*.

Appreciating another top vibrant leader Hon Nnamdi Ezechi the House Of Rep Member Representating Ndokwa Ukwani Federal Constituency, Chief Charles avered that “It was a time well spent. It was also fun to be with the NDOKWA /Ukwuani Federal House of Representatives member , Hon Nnamdi Ezechi (Ezeudo), the vibrant HOR member representing us in the green chambers.

It is worthy to note that our own Comrade Onyenichie Ossai who decamped recently from APC to PDP was also present.

The leadership of Chief Godwill Obielum is all embracing. PDP Family is more United under the leadership of Chief Godwill Obielum, Dr Charles Olisa insisted.

Government Special Announcement

In fulfilment of my promise to regularly interface with traditional rulers, I the Commissioner representing Ndokwa Nation on the board of DESOPADEC, Dr Charles Olisa, today held a meeting with the traditional rulers in Ndokwa East LGA.

At the meeting which has now become a monthly ritual, I thanked the traditional rulers for keeping the peace in their various kingdoms as there has not been any disturbing report from any quarters so far. I reiterated the fact that the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori led government will leave lasting legacies in every nook and cranny of Delta State. I also reassured them of the readiness of the present board of DESOPADEC to fulfill in full, its mandate to all oil producing communities across the state.

Speaking one after the other, the traditional rulers commended me for seeing the need to regularly seek their opinions and for also giving them first hand information of the plans of government for the people. They said such style of not waiting until only election time before seeing the need to reach out to them is novel and commendable. The traditional rulers enjoined all political office holders, both elected and appointed, to always be disposed to meeting with the people that they claim to represent their interests.

I thanked them for the honour of granting me their audience and assured them that I will not disappoint them and the generality of the people of Ndokwa East LGA.
