A carnal mind defines excellence in Ministry by exquisites. Large and beautiful auditorium. First class choir. Infact, it seems God did not call you if you don't have a good venue, Good drum sets, microphones, Projector, Church Van, etc.
Some will ask "Are you sure God's behind this?"
A female friend of mine said "I can't attend a church that does not have A.C". Imagine!!!
As important as those are, they do not portray the genuiness of a ministry, all through the scripture, there's no command of gathering in a beautiful building, infact it looks like He's not interested about "Where" we gather, but on "WHY" we gather. The Bible's instruction is GATHER, for growth.
The activity is the excellence. Not the environment.
The Excellence of Ministry is built on:
PRAYER
BIBLE STUDY
EVANGELISM
DISCIPLESHIP
LEARNING
FASTING.
Not on buildings/exquisites,
All those may come with time, Just Remain with the basics.
You can have the BEST Ministry under a mango tree and have the worst in a stadium.

Be instant in Prayer
When you are weak or feeling sleepy, keep praying, the strength will emerge from somewhere.
