🎉 30 DAYS COMPLETED! 🎉

Glory to God! Yesterday marked 30 days of our Bible Reading Challenge, and I want to sincerely congratulate everyone who has stayed committed to the journey.

We have officially completed our first one month, and that is something worth celebrating! It may look simple—just two chapters a day—but consistency in the Word is a powerful spiritual exercise.

Please, don’t give up! Keep showing up every day. Just like physical exercise strengthens the body, consistent study of God's Word strengthens our spirit, deepens our understanding of God, builds our faith, and helps us grow spiritually.

This is more than just completing chapters. We are building a habit that can transform our lives. Let’s keep going until the end.

Also, since we have just concluded the Book of Genesis, if there is anything you read in Genesis that you didn't understand, any question that came up, or any passage you need clarification on, please feel free to ask.

Let’s use this opportunity to discuss, learn from one another, and make sure we are not just reading the Word but understanding it.

Congratulations once again, everyone!

30 days down. We keep going! Genesis completed. The journey continues!

YOUR 9–5 IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO STOP GROWING

As Christians, we must understand that spirituality does not mean becoming lazy.

God has called us to grow spiritually, but He has also called us to be responsible, productive, diligent, and useful with our hands.

Jesus Himself worked as a carpenter before and during His earthly ministry. He grew in wisdom, stature, and favour with God and man (Luke 2:52), yet He also worked with His hands.

There is nothing spiritual about laziness.
Having a skill is important. Learn something. Develop yourself. Become valuable.

Whether it is tailoring, photography, filmmaking, graphic design, writing, farming, coding, baking, hairdressing, cleaning, or any other legitimate skill—don't be afraid to work and build something.

Your 9–5 job is not an excuse to neglect your spiritual life.

Yes, you may be tired after work. Yes, life can be demanding. But spiritual growth requires intentionality.

If you can spend hours working for your physical needs, you can also create time to pray, study God's Word, fellowship with believers, and grow in your relationship with God.

Work hard. Build yourself. Develop a skill. Make a living. But don't lose your soul while building your life.

“Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord.” — Romans 12:11

Don't choose between spiritual growth and personal development. Pursue both.
God wants you spiritually alive and practically productive.

SUNDAY BLESSINGS FROM SOUL CLINIC INTERNATIONAL
‎
‎THE FRUIT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT — A LIFE THAT LOOKS LIKE CHRIST 🕊️
‎
‎Happy Sunday, beloved ❤️
‎
‎Let us reflect on one of the most beautiful signs of a life that is surrendered to God: the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
‎
‎The Bible tells us in Galatians 5:22–23:
‎
‎“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance…”
‎
‎Notice that Scripture says “fruit”, not fruits. These qualities are not separate decorations we choose according to our convenience; they are evidence of the Holy Spirit working within us.
‎
‎LOVE — Loving even when it is difficult. Choosing to forgive, show kindness, and treat others with genuine compassion.
‎
‎JOY — A joy that is not dependent on perfect circumstances. Even in difficult seasons, we can rejoice because our hope is in God.
‎
‎PEACE — Remaining calm and trusting God even when life around us is uncertain. The peace of God gives us stability when circumstances try to shake us.
‎
‎LONGSUFFERING — Learning patience with people, situations, and even ourselves. It is the grace to endure without becoming bitter or giving up.
‎
‎GENTLENESS — Choosing to respond with kindness rather than harshness. Sometimes, the greatest demonstration of strength is a gentle spirit.
‎
‎ GOODNESS — Doing what is right, even when nobody is watching. Our character should reflect Christ both publicly and privately.
‎
‎FAITH — Remaining faithful and trustworthy while continuing to believe God, even when we cannot yet see the outcome.
‎
‎MEEKNESS — Having strength under control. It is not weakness; it is humility that allows us to submit our will to God and treat others with grace.
‎
‎TEMPERANCE/SELF-CONTROL — Learning to govern our words, emotions, desires, and actions instead of allowing them to control us.
‎
‎Beloved, the question this Sunday is not simply, “Do I go to church?” or “Do I call myself a Christian?”
‎
‎The deeper question is:
‎
‎“Can people see the character of Christ growing in me?”
‎
‎The fruit of the Spirit is developed as we walk closely with God. We cannot manufacture it by our own strength. We must remain connected to Christ, surrender to the Holy Spirit, study God's Word, pray, and allow God to continually transform our hearts.
‎
‎A tree is known by its fruit. Likewise, our lives should reveal who lives within us.
‎
‎This week, let us not only pray for blessings from God; let us also ask Him to make us better vessels—more loving, patient, peaceful, gentle, faithful, humble, good, and self-controlled.
‎
‎May the Holy Spirit help us to bear fruit that will glorify God and bless everyone around us.
‎
‎May our lives preach Christ even when our mouths are silent. May our character reflect Jesus. May our homes, relationships, workplaces, churches, and communities experience the evidence of the Holy Spirit through us. 🙏❤️
‎
‎Have a blessed and fruitful Sunday!

THE MERCIES OF GOD: A GIFT WE MUST NOT TAKE FOR GRANTED

Every morning we wake up, we wake up to another evidence of God’s mercy.

We breathe. We have another opportunity to repent. We can pray again. We can return to God again. His mercy keeps giving us chances we do not deserve.

The Bible says:

“It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:22–23

But there is something we must never forget:

God’s mercy is not a license to continue living in sin.

When God repeatedly warns us, corrects us, convicts us, and gives us opportunities to turn back, yet we continually reject Him, we are taking His grace for granted.

Why can neglecting God’s mercy lead to judgment?

1. It can harden the heart.
The more we repeatedly reject God’s correction, the easier it becomes to ignore His voice.

2. It can make us presume upon grace.
Paul asked, “Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?” His answer was clear: “God forbid.” — Romans 6:1–2

3. God’s patience is meant to lead us to repentance.
Romans 2:4 reminds us that God’s kindness is intended to lead us to repentance—not to encourage us to remain in sin.

4. Persistent rejection has consequences.
God is merciful, but He is also just. His patience should lead us back to Him, not make us careless about obedience.

God is not looking for an opportunity to destroy you. He is giving you an opportunity to return.

If you have been running from God, today is a good day to come back.

If He has been correcting you about something, don't keep postponing obedience.

Don't wait until mercy is no longer the opportunity you have. Respond while God is calling you.

WHY DO I FEEL TIRED—NOT JUST PHYSICALLY, BUT EMOTIONALLY AND SPIRITUALLY?

Have you ever reached a point where you are not exactly sick, but you just don't feel like yourself anymore?

You sleep, but you still feel tired.

You pray, but your heart doesn't feel as energetic as it used to.

You have dreams and goals, but the drive to pursue them seems weaker.

You want to become a better version of yourself. You want to live the life God ordained for you. You desire purity while fulfilling purpose, yet somehow, you feel emotionally and spiritually drained.

If this describes you, please understand this:

You are not necessarily lazy. You are not necessarily failing God. And you are not alone.

Sometimes what we call “spiritual weakness” may also involve emotional exhaustion, accumulated stress, lack of rest, unresolved pain, pressure, or even physical factors affecting our bodies.

You don't have to respond to exhaustion by putting even more pressure on yourself.

Sometimes, you need to pause, rest, reflect, pray, and allow yourself to be helped.

Remember, your pursuit of purpose should not destroy you in the process.

You can desire holiness without living under condemnation.

You can pursue purpose without rushing yourself.

You can love God deeply and still admit, “I'm tired, and I need someone to talk to.”

And if this feeling persists or begins affecting your daily life, don't be afraid to seek professional help as well. Taking care of your mental and physical wellbeing is not a lack of faith.

God cares about the whole of you—your spirit, soul, and body.

So perhaps the question isn't only:

“How can I become a better version of myself?”

Maybe we should also ask:

“What is draining me, and what do I need to heal, release, or restore?”

You don't have to figure everything out today.

Take it one day at a time.

Purity. Presence. Restoration. Purpose.

LIVE WITH ETERNITY IN VIEW

One of the greatest deceptions of this world is making us believe that this life is all there is.

We are taught to chase money, fame, influence, pleasure, comfort, and possessions. None of these things are evil in themselves, but they become dangerous when they become our ultimate pursuit. The world tells us to "live your best life now," while the Bible calls us to live in preparation for the life to come.

The truth is that everything around us is temporary.

The houses we build will one day belong to someone else.
The money we save cannot follow us beyond the grave.
The titles we earn will eventually be forgotten.
The applause of people fades.
Even the strongest and healthiest bodies grow old and return to dust.

The only thing that will never end is eternity.

Scripture says:

"Do not love the world or the things in the world... For everything in the world; the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not from the Father but from the world. And the world is passing away, along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God lives forever." — 1 John 2:15–17

Many people are investing everything into a world they cannot keep while neglecting the Kingdom they were created for.

Jesus asked one of the most important questions anyone will ever hear:

"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" — Mark 8:36

There is nothing wrong with succeeding in life. Work hard. Build businesses. Get an education. Raise a family. Enjoy the blessings God provides. But never let temporary blessings replace your eternal purpose.

Every decision we make should be measured against one question:

Will this draw me closer to God or further away from Him?

The pleasures of sin may satisfy for a season, but they always leave emptiness behind. The joy found in Christ may require sacrifice, but it leads to everlasting life.

One day every one of us will stand before God. On that day, our bank accounts, achievements, social status, and popularity will not matter. What will matter is whether we knew Christ, obeyed His Word, loved others, and remained faithful to the end.

So live with eternity in view.

Let heaven shape your priorities.
Let God's Word guide your decisions.
Let Christ be your greatest treasure.

Because this world is not our home, we are only passing through.

Now, pause for a moment and ask yourself:

If today were your last day on earth, would you be ready to stand before God? If Jesus were to return today, would you be filled with joy at His appearing, or would you wish for more time to make things right?

May we live each day with heaven as our goal and Christ at the center of our lives.

"Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth." — Colossians 3:2

RIGHT OR WRONG? WHO DECIDES?

In a world where everyone has an opinion, many people define right and wrong by their feelings, culture, or what society accepts. But God's standard has never changed.

According to Scripture, what is right is what agrees with God's will, and what is wrong is what opposes it.

The Bible is our guide, not our emotions, trends, or public opinion.

"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Psalm 119:105

Sometimes what feels right is not right in God's sight.

"There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death." Proverbs 14:12

As followers of Christ, we are called to align our lives with God's Word, not the changing standards of the world. His commands are not meant to restrict us but to lead us into truth, freedom, peace, and eternal life.

Before making any decision, ask yourself:
• Does this honor God?
• Is it consistent with His Word?
• Does it reflect the love and holiness of Christ?

When God's Word becomes your standard, you won't have to wonder what is right or wrong. you'll have His truth lighting your path every step of the way.
