My Dear Esteemed Colleagues, Alumni, and Third-Level YCSers,

In moments like this, when unspoken hurts, divisions, and lingering misunderstandings have weighed on our hearts, we are reminded that we are, first and foremost, a family.

As your Chairperson, I warmly invite you to a special gathering themed “Redress and Reflect.”
A moment not to reopen wounds, but to heal them… not to dwell on the past, but to grow beyond it.

No matter the divide, no matter the distance that may have come between us, this is a call back to unity. A call to sit together, speak truth in love, listen with open hearts, and rediscover the bond that first brought us together.

We have thoughtfully prepared this gathering to be deeply reconciliatory, impactful, refreshing, and uplifting—a space where healing begins, understanding is restored, and a stronger, more united A/T YCS family can emerge.

This means so much to us, and it will mean even more to have you there.
Let us come home to one another again.

We have created a completely anonymous space for you to speak freely and honestly.

What happened?
Where did it go wrong? "Who or what hurt you?" Why did you withdraw?
And most importantly… how do we find our way back to each other?"

Hold nothing back. Speak your truth. Mention names if you must. Share your story as it is.

You are safe here—no names, no identities, no judgment. Not even the Chairperson will know who wrote what.

Your voice matters. Your experience matters. You matter.
