LAWNA Territory which was a unification of those four Areas in 1970 has today grown into 79 Areas across the country; and seven missionary fields overseas. Easter Sunday remains one of the most sacred observances in the Christian faith, commemorating the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ from the dead, a truth that lies at the very heart of Christian belief.

The resurrection embodies victory, hope, and new beginnings. It reassures believers that no situation is beyond the power of God and affirms that light will always triumph over darkness. As Christ rose from the grave, so are we reminded of the grace available to rise above trials, sin, and despair, and to walk in renewed strength and purpose.

In the spirit of this glorious celebration, The Apostolic Church Abak Assembly joined the global body of Christ in commemorating the resurrection of our Lord. The service was marked by heartfelt worship, deep reflection, and joyful thanksgiving, as members rejoiced in the victory and enduring hope we have in Christ.

The solemnization of Holy Matrimony between Christiana and Ukpe, together with the dedication of Miss Utibe Ukpe, was held on the 4th of April, 2026, at The Apostolic Church Nigeria, Abak District.

The service was conducted in a reverent and uplifting atmosphere, with members of the church, family, and well-wishers gathered to witness these significant moments. The marriage ceremony affirmed the couple’s covenant before God, while the dedication marked a heartfelt commitment of Miss Utibe Ukpe into the Lord’s care and guidance.

We pray that God blesses the union with enduring love, peace, and mutual understanding, and that Miss Utibe Ukpe grows in grace, wisdom, and favor.
Congratulations to the family, and may God’s blessings continue to abound.

Children of God, get ready for new beginnings. Welcome to April.

Let go of every doubt, every delay, and every fear. This is your season to rise, to grow, and to walk boldly in purpose.

‎SUNDAY SERVICE REPORT

‎Last Sunday in month of February marked a unique and memorable moment in God’s presence as the congregation gathered in unity to worship and praise Him wholeheartedly. It was deeply impactful service filled with reverence, reflection, and spiritual renewal.

‎SERMON
‎Speaker: Pastor N. F. Essien

‎Topic: Be Mindful of what you are doing, for this Is the house of the Lord.

‎Text: Genesis 28:16–28
‎References: Matthew 21:13; Mark 11:17; Luke 19:17

‎What Is the Church?
‎The church is more than a physical structure; it is a sacred institution set apart for God’s presence. It represents a divine meeting place where heaven and earth intersect.

‎*The church is a sacred place dedicated to God, where His presence dwells.

‎*It is a place where praise and worship are offered to God alone.

‎*It is where believers encounter God personally and spiritually.

‎*It is a place where lives are transformed through the power of His Word.

‎*It stands as a pillar of truth and righteousness.

‎WHY WE MUST BE CAREFUL IN THE CHURCH

‎As believers, our conduct in the house of God must reflect reverence and understanding. This is because:

‎- God is the rightful owner of the church.

‎-He is the one who established and built the church.

‎-He purchased the church with His own sacrifice.

‎-Christ died for the church.

‎-The church is His bride, cherished and set apart.

‎CONCLUSION
‎Believers are called to be mindful of their actions in the house of God. The church is holy, and our behavior within it should reflect honor, discipline, and reverence. Let us always remember that a day of judgment awaits, and we will give account of how we conducted ourselves, especially in God’s presence.
